"Nice hotel"
It's clean and does the job. The walls are pretty thin though and the room was really expensive for what it was. But I was able to just put my roomkey through the slot where the front desk is at 5am to check out early because we had a hot air balloon ride. So that was convenient.

"It's clean, it's cheap, staff is helpful"
We had great weekend at the Palm Inn. Rhoda who I assume is either the owner or the manager was awesome, as was Andy and the rest of the staff. Favorite parts about the hotel...less then 3 miles from the fairgrounds, onsite convienence store, free pancakes in the morning. This hotel is the main stop for the greyhound buses so at first glance it's a little sketchy but at no time did we feel unsafe. The staff being so helpful will Be the main reason I will definitely return! The girls of room 106 thank you Rhonda!

"Great location, new remodel."
Clean, new remodel, ultra modern look. Nice comfortable bed, great TV, very good WIFI...large room, large bath, walk in shower...room well laid-out. Four story motel type, but with elevator. No restaurant in hotel or free breakfast, but Adel's restaurant across street, more like a laneway...easy walk and 15% off. Great food, reasonable prices. Close to everything. Got a great price on it, so satisfied with everything. Excellent pit stop on our road trip. Safeway up the road a bit, and other shopping nearby. Close to freeway. Short hop to San Francisco bay area. About the only issue is the parking lot...all stalls are small and marked "compact"...but few compact cars, mostly pick-up trucks, full-size cars, etc. so stalls very small: hard to park any vehicle and open all doors.

"Friday night stay"
My husband and I needed a place to stay Friday night prior to a cycling event on Sat. morning. We knew we would be arriving late and leaving very early so just needed a decent place to sleep. We arrived at 11pm, the office lights were off however there were clear instructions to ring the bell at window for after hours attendant. We were checked in quickly and were able to park right outside our room. Our room was small but was very clean. The bathroom and shower were clean and had plenty of room. It was quiet and with the air conditioner on we could not hear any traffic noise from Santa Rosa Ave. Good for budget minded travelers

"Fabulous place for the rate"
I was absolutely thrilled with the bed and pillows - perfect for my needs. The amenities were great; the room was very clean and tidy. Water pressure in the shower was definitely noteworthy. Again, I want to say I'm thrilled with the room, but was most excited about the breakfast: belgian waffles are pretty exciting in my life haha Check in was really quick and easy, and the desk attendant was easy going. Best night's sleep in a long time.

"Quaint place. As advertised, (English B&B)"
Nice experience. This is an interesting and well run place, very funky and not at all fancy. Very pleasant owner. Good food at breakfast. Nice relaxing atmosphere in a very quiet part of town. Since it has only six rooms there is not much chance of it being over run with people, but it does fill up with about ten guests. Must say it is over priced. And prices seemed to be a bit flexible. There are a couple of larger rooms and one small one and a three in the middle. The website has various prices for the different rooms and discounts for longer stays. I suggest calling the place directly and determining what room you are getting and for how much money.
