"Great hotel for the money"
I needed a place to stay in Santa Rosa and this was the nicest hotel for the price. Checked in late and got a good room on the second floor. I usually like to be on the highest level because I don't like to hear people walking loudly above me. Surprise! There is no elevator so I had to carry my bags up the stairs. Ok, no big deal, I'm healthy. Got to my room and it was clean, comfortable, and had a modern decor. Nice flat screen. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. I had a bit of work to do and tried to connect to the free WiFi. It could not detect the network. I went downstairs and no one was at the front desk. I said, "hello!" loudly a few times before I decided to walk into the back area repeating "hello" several times. Finally, the person heard me and said they would be with me. I know it was after midnight, and quiet, so I can understand if they need a little rest. No biggie. The problem was, she couldn't resolve my internet problem and since they were completely booked, I couldn't switch rooms. I had to use my cellphone as a personal hotspot and connect my laptop using that. If WiFi is important to you, you may want to get a room closer to the lobby. Next morning, I took a quick dip in their pool. Thought it was refreshing. Ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant using the free breakfast vouchers I received at check-in. Thought the staff there was courteous and professional. Food was good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I generally tend to not sweat the small stuff.

"Nice, quiet hotel property, Santa Rosa"
This is a very nice property, quiet and rooms are very modern, inviting and reasonable. I had a 2 queen bed room, it was perfect. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows which I love, and overall very nice. I really slept good as it was nice and quiet. I ordered room service one nite, it came within a half hour and was very good. A little pricey but good. I do wish the room had a refridgerator. I guess I should have asked for one, as I was leaving my room one day and saw one in the hotel hallway so maybe they only do it on request. I will ask next time. Staff was more than friendly, very accomdating, made you feel welcome. I did eat in the bar/restaurant, and it was very good! Good service too! They also have a nice pool area, with nice good condition patio furnitur

"A Real Gem"
The man who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. The room exceeded our hopes after a long flight - clean, comfortable and attractive. Super clean in fact. The bedding seemed new and the mattress was more comfortable than mine at home! Even the carpeting was extra padded and comfy. The room has a coffee maker that makes a pot, not just a cup. There's a microwave in the room as well. The property has two pools and a little cafe with friendly staff. I've stayed in much fancier and much more expensive hotels, but I would look forward to staying here over many well known international brands.

"Great hotel, great location"
Enjoyed our stay at Flamingo. It is central to shopping, sights, and great eating. The rooms are clean, roomy and we had an extra bedroom that was great for 3 people in the room...and there wasn't an extra charge. Staff was very helpful and pool setting relaxing with a cocktail!

"Mid-week respite"
I was in town for an overnight business event. This was a perfect place to stay. Easy to get to everything--especially, the A Roma Roasters across the street! Appreciated the flowers on the window box. OH and how lovely to have a Keurig machine right in the room.

"Great hotel."
The hotel is great. Right in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country. After spending a day tasting wines, you can go back to the hotel rest up and walk to Downtown Santa Rosa for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised on what Downtown had to offer. It's a very central hotel close to the freeway with an exceptionally friendly staff. Room is very comfortable and clean. This was our 3rd time staying here, we will return soon hopefully!

"Comfortable"
Nice clean rooms very comfortable and modern for the most part I would suggest if I'm paying 80 bucks a night to have a bigger tv and it to be a flat screen. But I give this place a 9 out of 10 like I said very comfortable just I would expect a better breakfast n flat screens

"Very nice hotel at a very good price."
Our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hot breakfast was quite a surprise and very good -- with eggs, bacon, hot cakes, cereals, fruit, and very good coffee. We definitely would consider returning if in the area again.
