This place was mostly good. The woman who checked me in Monday night, was very nice. The man who works during morning at front desk was kind of arrogant. There were some old bruised bananas in breckfast room 2 days in a row, and I told him . He starts giving me a speech how he eats them, and they are good for you. I didn't need that. I wanted some fresh bananas, but had to go get them at store myself.

Overall experience was good. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, they could use extra staff to answer phones while other checks people in & out. Perhaps just bad timing on my part (around check in & or check out time) but when phoning in on different days prior to check in, was placed on hold for an irritating amount of time. Didn't like having to come down to front desk to ask for ice. Complimentary breakfast was not well advertised.

We had a very nice stay at the Landsby. The hotel is brand-new, The staff is very accommodating, and friendly to boot! The room was spacious and impeccably clean (we may have been the first guests in that room) though I think they are still in the process of decorating. Great coffee and continental breakfast. Very comfortable beds!

Was the first experience in Solvang and wanted to impress both wife and sister-in-law. We stayed at King Frederik Inn which was only a few blocks from the main street of Solvang. Highway 246 lead us directly to the Inn. I feel everything at King Frederik Inn was perfect. The only stress I had was that their Wi-Fi was a little slow for my Ipad. Needs improvement but in all it was a great stay, Staff was great, rooms clean and even had a tissue box which most hotels do not. Will return again soon.

I don't normally do reviews and surveys but in this case I am compelled to do so. Our stay was nothing short of perfect! The entire hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very nice and bend over backwards to please the guests. The restaurant Petros is also first class in service and Best of all we got a great deal from Expedia! Loved it.

We enjoyed our time immensely! Attention to details was amazing, as well as the food, including the delicious breakfasts with homemade pastries, the delightful wine and appetizer plate in the afternoon, and homemade mouthwatering cookies and tea in the evening. I asked for coffee in the morning before breakfast and it ws served on a silver tray with silver coffee server. Afternoon tea is served on China tea cups and saucers. We felt we were in England! The only down side was the TV wasn't working properly the two nights we were there. An attempt was made to fix it, but it never did work right. Other than that, we couldn't have been happier!
