Lovely hotel near to Santander's Sardinero beach
Lovely hotel with all the modern conveniences, conveniently located for Santander's Sardinero beach, and close by to the Palacio de Magdalena and near enough to Santander town centre.

Hotel was clean and room was quite big with terrace. Asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together. No tea/coffee making facility available in room or free water. Breakfast was expensive; others got offered bacon/eggs, we did not just the buffet. Probably not stay there again

Trabajamos a diario para ofrecer la mejor de las experiencias y, lamentamos enormemente que en su caso no lo hayamos conseguid. Personalmente me encargué de que el segundo día se le ofreciera un cambio de habitación a una con cama de matrimonio . También le ofrecimos hervidor para hacer té pero las cafeteras están disponibles solo en habitaciones Junior suite. Pese a estos detalles esperamos que vuelvan a elegirnos en un futuro y poder ofrecerles la atención que se merecen.Reciban un cordial saludo, Responsable de reservas, Carmen.

Noise in the morning, when all stock came every morning from 6 o’clock. No Heating, So not to warm in cold wheather

Overall a lovely experience. The hotel is in the perfect location to explore the local coastal area and only 30minutes away from the centre of Santander. The only things missing is the ability to make a tea/coffee in your room as no kettle available and no iron. For the nightly rate, this would have made the experience more value for money and a nicer experience as the room is essentially room only.

Staff was SUPER nice and helpful!!! The staff at the bar, the front desk, cleaning, and breakfast. Excellent!! Views from the balcony were memorable. Rooms well appointed, clean and comfortable!! Was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and worth every euro!!!!

Nice, clean, good location, no frills
Hotel is nice, clean and simple. It is old although certain parts have been rejuvenated. We had a junior suite and it was very large with a great terrace and an amazing view. We paid extra for the included breakfast, don't bother, the food is absolutely awful. Better off to get something in a cafe nearby.

Its a great location, near the beach and local restaurants. The service was great. Friendly staff! The triple room was comfortable for us. We each had a bed and we also had enough toiletries offered by hotel service. We had a great relaxing experience. The balcony was a plus!

We always use this hotel because it is consistently good- there was a problem with the tv - we reported it at midnight’ish when we got in. They thanked us but it has not been replaced. This is not a big problem as only stopping one night.

Nice hotel
Pleasant hotel well situated. The coast is really scenic. Good for coastal walks. Santander is an elegant city. Visited Bilbao, Castro Urdiales, Santillana and Comillas, each within reasonable travelling distance.

big nice rooms, but smelly bathroom (of chlorine). Good thing there was a door closing off bathroom and hallway food smells that stayed in the entrance corridor. Otherwise great sea views, nice staff and modern setup, quiet area close to all the hubbub nearby.

Wonderful hotel
Great hotel, great service and location. Free medical service at the room was provided for a friend who fall sick one day. Not only interior area is great but also the outdoor in the back of the hotel. We are extremely satisfied.
