Close to PortPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Location - close to port
Cons: slightly better breakfast would be good but it was OK
Location: Close to a few bars and restaurants and near the main route out of city
Good value hotel close to port. Quite new and in good condition. Pet friendly. Free parking on site. One warning if your sat nav is not up to date you need to print off a map as my sat nav took me round in circles as the road to the hotel is quite new - we weren't the only travellers who had this problem.

Without maintenancePosted Sep 29, 2014
It is a hotel that just lost the franchise of NH hotels. The reception staff smoke in front of the entrance door of the hotel, and smoke invades the entrance hall. There seems no manager. Not recommend, just use this hotel if you have no other option. It's a shame because the structure of the hotel itself was very good.

convenient hotel close to ferriePosted Sep 28, 2014
I choose this hotel because of its proximity to the ferry. Also as I had a dog with me the hotel grounds have plenty room to walk him. As is Spanish custom, the restaurant only opened at 20:30 pm. For an international clientele this is very disappointing. Also there was no food available for vegetarians, which is usual in Spain. A pity though as I had to find my evening meal somewhere else. Otherwise everything else was fine. The staff friendly and the room clean and adequate.

Nice hotel convenient for ferryPosted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Nice room and. En suite
Cons: Not much
Location: Nothing to walk to as it's out of town
Comfy room ideal for one night as it is out in an industrial site so not easy to find!!!!

Very nice hotel but NOT that close to the cityPosted Aug 4, 2014
We really enjoyed our stay - all aspects of the hotel were excellent, except that it was further out of the city than we had understood prior to booking. It was reasonably close to the ferry terminal, but it wasn't really possible to walk anywhere except the huge El Corte Ingles store at the end of the road.

Ferry StopPosted Apr 25, 2014
Pros: Its the perfect out-of-town business hotel. Easy free parking, which is apparently guarded at night.
Cons: General Maintenance in the rooms.
It ticked the box for okay. Maintenance was lacking as its a modern hotel that is beginning to look tired. So basically for the price band it was acceptable but next time in Santander we shall try an alternative.

Perfect choicePosted Mar 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was extremely comfortable and, although the surroundings were industrial, it was also very close to a shopping centre and a superb restaurant. Only 10 minutes drive on the morning traffic to the ferry. Perfect!

Last minute booking because of postponed ferry. The room was excellent. No breakfast chef on at weekends so even getting an egg cooked was tricky.
