Hotel in good locationPosted Oct 25, 2013
Pros: The cleanliness and the staff
Cons: Beds and internet access
Location: You can walk easily around the towen and access all the good restaurants
In the centre of town this hotel is in a really good location. Parking is a bit of a worry at times though. The room was clean but unfortunately the beds are on wheels and even with the wheels locked they still move when you sit up and lean back to read. The internet access is free but does not last the 24 hrs that they claim, more like 12 hrs.

Nice clean well appointed hotelPosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness, well furnished rooms, excellent value for money
Cons: Water temperature could've been warmer for a bath & bed legs not as easily moveable
Location: Pretty good location with bars etc. within a reasonable walking distance
Beds moved about too easily on their wheels, but otherwise very clean and comfortable with nice up to date fixtures & fittings. The water was too cool for a Proper bath, the above were minor faults as overall the hotel was excellent and we could recommend it to anyone

Excellent hotel close to Ferry PortPosted Oct 17, 2013
Pros: The breakfast buffet style was great plus you could have a cooked breakfast, if required at no extra cost.
Cons: Dining facilities in the evening.
Location: Up on a hill but the promenade and town centre are very close, less than 5 minutes away.
The hotel has excellent facilities for the disabled as my husband is in a wheelchair.

A good basePosted Sep 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Its an OK hotel - a couple of notches up from a chain budget hotel, great for a few days. Location wise depends where in Santander you want to be. Its a short-ish walk from the central business district, about 15 mins walk to the train/bus station, very close but not right on top of a wide range of restaurants. Close to the see front, but a longer walk or bus ride to main beaches. There is some street noise at night (at least there was the friday night we stayed there). You get a time/data limited WiFi pass for free - but the reception staff were always very happy to replace once they ran out. They gave us 5 passes for our 5 devices without batting an eyelid.

Excellent HotelPosted Jul 26, 2013
Pros: I have difficulty getting in and out of a bath due to disability. Asked for, and allocated, a room with shower only, this made a huge difference.
Location: Within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to be.
Breakfast was excellent - great choice and many healthy options. We arrived well before check in time but were able to access our room which made for a great start to our holiday. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient.

Great hotel.Posted Feb 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Highly recommended, 5 minute walk to plaza mayor, only problem is parking charges are high in hotel garage but free on street if you can find a parking place. Would stay here again

Friendly hotel staff and speak english. Breakfast is a bit to expensive so skip it. About 10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral. Very convenient in terms of restaurants and other eating places.
