“Great location and friendly staff”

I am writing this review somewhat late since I stayed at this hotel in February. I liked the location because I could easily walk to the downtown area but yet get a bus in front of the hotel to go to the casino area. The view I had of the bay was nice and the room was super clean,nicely furnished and quiet. It looked very new. The staff took care of all my tourist needs in a friendly manner.

My wife and I traveled to this hotel in search of a good amount of quality for the price. We were extremely pleased with this hotel and recommend it for those travelers hoping for a bit of luxury at a good price. The rooms were immaculate. Everything was furnished with modern fixtures, and the desk and chambermaids went out of their way to be courteous. We were initially given a room that had broken air conditioning. Even though the hotel was booked solid, we were given a new room the next morning overlooking the bay of Santander.

Friendly staff and nice location. We reserved the "panoramic room" and it was smaller than we expected. It was nicely appointed but the mayor flaw is the fact that during fall / winter only room heating is available,and the room was excessively warm. The only way to cool the room off was keeping the window open.
