“Great place to stay”

The hotel was great, the rooms were clean, the hotel was close to the grotto and the service was excellent. The quality and service was consistent with the 4 star rating.

“Great Hotel, Great location!”

The hotel has a great location, its very close to the basilica and there's a mini-train stop that's just across from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is ok, they only serve Scrambled eggs, hot dogs and some bread and jam and cereal.But with all the sight seeing there was no time for food for me so it wasnt a problem.

“Beautiful Oasis”

Beautiful, modern hotel very near the square. Quaint, reasonable, family-owned diner across the street from entrance. Quiet and accommodating. Breakfast included was very good and upscale. HUGE room for 4 people (2 rooms). The only thing weird was that in the master BR there were 2 twin beds instead of one double.

Overall, the hotel is very impressive for the price we paid .The rooms are very clean,beds are very comfortable,linens are clean,room is quiet.The breakfast was good which is included on the price we paid.Very close to the shrine,church and tram.

“Best location in town but need to improve the beds”

The hotel is recently renewed, and personnel is professional and helpful. The location is the very best. My only regret is that the beds are not comfortable for a four stars hotel! The matress is not comfortable at all!
