"It is not a big hotel about 3 rooms in a floor but the room size is good. I can layout 2 check-bag luggage and 2 hand carry easily without issue. They have a roof top bar you can overlook part of city view while you have a cold drink. The front desk staff are very helpful and their English is good. However they have only one elevator which is small. Like me, we have two people and 4 pcs of luggage, that was it can take."

"Located 2 blocks from Santa Lucia metro station, this hotel is well-situated near Plaza de Armas and Lastarria. The area is typically busy in the daytime during weekdays, but is relatively quieter than other areas like Providencia and Bellavista at other times. Not a ton of restaurants nearby that open late, so better to find a place in the other barrios to eat before returning to the hotel at night. The hotel itself is as advertised - the units are lofts, with a NY theme. My room was quite spacious, and wifi was quite fast. I enjoyed having the TV connected to regular cable and YouTube. The only improvements I would recommend would be that the water in the shower could warm up faster, and that certain items could be complimentary such as coffee, but maybe the latter isn't really a thing in Santiago. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid hotel and certainly a comfortable stay for me. "

"We love the location of this hotel, which is very convenient. However, the check in process was frustrating. The hotel staff refused to check in anyone before the official 3PM check-in time, even at 2:30PM. We understand not all the rooms are available before 3PM. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed showed such inflexibility."

"Only one thing wrong, the WiFi was terrible. Rooms were unique, beds good, toilet seats were for a round toilet and our toilet was elongated and they are too low. Other than that, it was great and in the bar area, there was a piano player and everyone were singing. Good times. "
