Great place to stayPosted Feb 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Large, very clean and comfortable room with all the appliances one needs. Good location in the city center with a large supermarket across the road. The staff were very helpful and eager: fulfilling requests immediately.

Nice apartment for a good price.Posted Dec 12, 2013
Pros: For sure location and price. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
Cons: The reception should be opened 24/7
Location: Close to several attractions and airport
It was a good experience. It took only 15 minutes to get to the airport since we left really early in the morning. The only bad experience was the fact they indicated to have a 24/7 reception and they didn't.

Overall goodPosted Oct 20, 2013
The room next door they were renovating at 9am on a Saturday. When I complained they said the room next door wasn't theirs. Lift is slow and usually full.

Nice hotel central close to everythingPosted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: Over everything I like that they used white bed linen and cover, where you feel you were sleeping in a clean place
Cons: The lift was a bit temperamental
Location: Great location, good places to eat close by, street entertainment in the city square as well as in Huerfanos boulevard, Historic Museum, Casa Colorada
Friendly staff, hotel close to transport, two metro stations with connections to other lines, also walking distance to city centre. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other people

Pros: The comfortable bed.
Cons: The lift door not opening!
Early check-in not possible; lift door did not/could not open on our floor; bed beautifully comfortable; continental breakfast delivered to our room.

Very convenient for City CentrePosted Apr 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Excellent, good value, city centre location. Across the road and into the pedestrianised area of Santiago. Good local amenities. Reception very helpful - we arrived early after an overnight flight and they moved bookings around so that we could move into an apartment immediately for our 4-day stay. Helped book bus tour into the Andes. Would stay again. Rooftop swimming pool not in use.
Close to Plaza del ArmesPosted Feb 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was in a perfection location. Nice walk to the centre plaza. Lots of cafes. Hotel was spotless and they brought up a very nice breakfast. Everything was very clean and when we called for anything the service was very prompt. Would highly recommend

Chilling out in ChilePosted Feb 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Excellent location--walking distance to many interesting things----minor cavils--elevators unreliable---although we had a couch the TV was in the bedroom--should have been one in the living room--they couldn't supply a converter plug for a US computer or advise where to get one---there's a row of electric supplies stores near the Central Market--success.I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

comfortable once you get insidePosted Feb 8, 2013
Pros: very comfortable room
Cons: a bit creepy getting into the building and into the room
Location: fine for city centre access
I have tried a few apart-hotels in Santiago, and have never been 100% at ease. They all seem to be in residential apartment blocks, the reception is not at the entrance but rather up on the umpteenth floor, and guest rooms are among long-term residents. It does not give a complete feeling of security and safety, and there is occasionally noise from nearby residents, which of course the hotel cannot do anything about. Further, the reception is not there full-time, so if you arrive late or have an issue during the night, you can be stuck. Luckily, I arrived just as the receptionist was leaving, and the room was very well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was left in the minibar and was a bit ordinary (no milk left with the cereal, no tea or coffee), but it was fine for a good night's sleep in between flights and business meetings. In future, though, I feel I would be more comfortable at a traditional hotel.
