“Great hotel for a great price”

Even though the facilities are far from brand new (air conditioner being a little noisy for example) this hotel has the best price performance I have seen in Santiago> great location, nice breakfast, tidy and large rooms and great price.

“Extremely impressed”

We loved everything about it it. What we thought would be just a bedroom had a sittingroom with mini kitchen attached with free wi-fi. The area was very secluded and quiet but a short walk to the shops, restaurants and metro. The breakfast was superb with lots of variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Club Presidente is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The only major traffic was during rush hour. It's close to a metro station. The breakfast was great and you can order eggs complimentary. I would definitely stay here again.

Anyone who knows me knows how picky I can be about hotels or any aspect of customer service. I notice problems no one else does. Having said that, I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel, especially given the reasonable price. Chile is a place where the concept of customer service often doesn't exist, at least from the perspective of someone from the US or Europe. This hotel breaks that trend, offering prompt, friendly service, a great included breakfast, and a location in a safe quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away (walking) from downtown Providencia.

“A great place to stay”

The hotel is in a very good quiet and safe area and close to metro station. There are very good eating places in the area. The staff is very helpful. Free access to internet is available 7/24. I would highly recommend this place.

My colleague and I went to Santiago to visit a customer, we booked our flights and this hotel together, which was a HUGE PLEASANT SURPRISE! It is a well located department with kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and a big patio; wifi and breakfast INCLUDED. It was an unbelievable deal, we will definitely come back again.

We were in this hotel at the time of the terrifying earthquake in Chile on 27 February. The staff at Reception were at all times patient and courteous. In spite of logistical problems our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel consists of apartments each with kitchenette. The hotel is well located at about 10 minutes walk to the Metro station. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is a little old, but in a very good neighborhood. The room for four people has also a small kitchen where you can have a quick meal.
