Lovely hotel, attentive staff, good food.Posted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: Excellent concierge service, especially Victor.
Location: Off the beaten track from tourist attractions but walking distance to a large shopping mall with quite a few restaurants and many stores.
Was given early checking even tough I hadn't requested it in advance, lovely room overlooking Santiago and Bruce Springsteen and his band were also staying there.

If you get an offer on a lower price, it's a mustPosted Aug 5, 2013
If you get an offer on a lower price, it's a must. Ask for a room with nice view, higher up and look forward to the breakfast menu.

Top notch business hotel.Posted May 27, 2013
Pros: Quality of service.
Location: Location is not ideal - not near the city centre although near an American style mall.
Top notch business type hotel. Staff very service oriented and helpful. Lobby is a rather impressive atrium.

Great locationPosted May 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel has great views and is a 5 min. walk to Santiago's huge mall with many restaurants. The locatiion is also about a 20 minute walk to other boutique type shopping and small restaurants. The tour buses all pick up at this hotel or the mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they are rigid about not allowing you to drink the wonderful Chilean wines anywhere but in your room without a corkage fee. We would stay here again, eventhough a room for 3 people means 2 twin beds and you are charged for the extra person.

Eden in SantiagoPosted Mar 29, 2013
On my next visit, I'll definitely stay here again. Restaurants are of a high quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Sitting outside with a premium pisco sour and enjoying the tropical shrubbery and water falls is a treat not to be missed. A first class experience!

Excellent hotel in Santiago.Posted Mar 24, 2013
Pros: Large rooms with stunning views.
Cons: Poor service in the outdoor areas.
Location: Well located for access to the CBD and close to a major shopping plaza
The hotel is well located for access to the city C.B.D.and there is a major shopping plaza within a 5 minute walk. The business center and facilities were excellent and staff were generally very helpful. The only negative was the breakfast and outdoor patio area service which was slow and certainly not of a level expected from Hyatt. Overall a good experience and we would certainly recommend this hotel.
