This is a great hotel to stay at if you have a connecting or early flight. Your across the street from the airport, no need for a taxis. You have a nice hotel resturant, free internet cafe, lap pool, ect. Rooms are very clean and friendly staff. I've stayed there several times and will continue to stay there when I'm traveling in and out of Santiago.

“Terrific!”

This hotel was a last-minute reservation. I had messed up my flights and quickly needed a place to stay. Having been to Santiago several times, I knew the location. When I called Expedia to help with the flights (the agent was awesome), I told her I also wanted to be booked at this Holiday Inn. She easily took care of it. At arrival - after more than 24 hours of travel - the hotel clerks were kind, friendly, and smoothly took care of me. The hotel has free internet access, both wi-fi and computers available to clients. Yes, the hotel is at an airport, but there are lots of windows and it was bright, modern and fit what I needed. With the overnight lay-over until I could catch my flight, I suppose that I could have tried for a downtown hotel. But with exhaustion and stress, this Holiday Inn worked perfectly for me.

Everything was above my expectations, I surely will stay at the hotel every visit to Santiago. The best is the location, near the airport(walking distance)!!!

“Super-onvenient for a good night between flights”

This is one of the better designed Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. It is quite elegant and nearly new. It has a very spacious common area for reading, relaxing or e-mailing. The dining room is quite good for a small hotel with adequate choices for dinner and a good breakfast. This hotel is a welcome stop-over for travellers arriving late and flying on to other destinations the next mornng. Only 100 meters from the airport!

“An excellent airport hotel”

The hotel was very convenient, and connected by outdoor walk to the Santiago Airport. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a limited menu but nice, and prices were better than at the restaurants in the airport. The bar/ lounge / business area was well equipped, quiet and comfortable. A nice area to read, work or have a drink. Altogether a very pleasant stay

“Exceded our expectations”

This hotel completely exceded our expectations. There was a hiccup for our last day in Sth America when by email they insisted we book a room for each couple (3 couples) when we only wanted a room for 3 hours to freshen up, so we didn't book any room. However, on arrival to eat at the restaurant they were exceptionally hospitable and allowed internet access and provided everything they could within reason. It may have been a communication issue via email that led to insisting 3 rooms be booked. The night we actually did stay at the hotel, the staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The free internet service is greatly appreciated and the restaurant is surprisingly good for a typical airport hotel presenting excellent meals, particularly the Conger Eel. Our group is pretty particular about staff attitude and the quality of a hotel and were were delightfully surprised. The location to the airport is such a bonus when having a brief stay.
