Everything ok, there was a little problem with the breakfast whilw I was doing the check in but it was solved

This is an excellent hotel especially for those who have an early flight to catch.

“They think they're a Hilton not a Holiday Inn”

Front Desk staff is a bit frazzled. We pre-paid the room but they made my wife wait til I got back from returning our rental car before they'd let her up to the room. Elevators were broken. Bottles of water were $4 for 6 oz. Worst of all, we needed a 6am wake up call that the baggage porter set for us on the hotel phone himself. Call did not come & we had under an hour to catch our flight to Lima. Nice looking place, great location. Sort of like the cardboard town where you walk thru the door & find out you're still outside. Probably needs new management to run smoothly.

This hotel was a last-minute reservation. I had messed up my flights and quickly needed a place to stay. Having been to Santiago several times, I knew the location. When I called Expedia to help with the flights (the agent was awesome), I told her I also wanted to be booked at this Holiday Inn. She easily took care of it. At arrival - after more than 24 hours of travel - the hotel clerks were kind, friendly, and smoothly took care of me. The hotel has free internet access, both wi-fi and computers available to clients. Yes, the hotel is at an airport, but there are lots of windows and it was bright, modern and fit what I needed. With the overnight lay-over until I could catch my flight, I suppose that I could have tried for a downtown hotel. But with exhaustion and stress, this Holiday Inn worked perfectly for me.

“Could not be more convenient”

We flew from Calama to Santiago, arriving late at night, and needed a place to stay while awaiting our flight home the next day. We chose the Holiday Inn because it is literally across the street from the airport terminal. We were able to put our luggage on a cart in baggage claim and wheel it to the hotel lobby in just a few minutes. The hotel is very modern and attractive, and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had only one quibble, which the hotel staff dealt with quite professionally. The brochure in our room stated that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast. We took advantage of that, only to have a waitress hand us a bill. The front desk claimed that only certain rooms qualified for the free breakfast, but when we noted that the literature in our room made no mention of that, she agreed to cancel the charge.

Very good hotel for an airport good staff free internet (lacking in so many hotels) sadly pool and sauna weren't up to scratch.

Everything was above my expectations, I surely will stay at the hotel every visit to Santiago. The best is the location, near the airport(walking distance)!!!
