“Good choice for price”

This hotel is a good choice for the price. All hotels in Santiago add another 26% for government taxes so be aware of this. This hotel has friendly staff, good breakfast (free until 10 am), has internet in the room with a cable but I couldn't get it to function nor the wireless in the lobby. There are 2 computers free to use in the bar/restaurant. The rooms are small but comfortable, hot water in the bathroom, soft towels, shampoo & soap. Check in/out was easy and done quickly.

“Rooms too small”

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The only thing is the rooms were small. If you do go, then get a room with 1 bed, not two. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

“"Nice Stay and Friendly Staff"”

Century Plaza is a very nice hotel. When we arrived it was about 1:00 am and we found everything that we wanted to have. I've stayed with my sisters and my fiance there; the rooms were always cleaned, found hot water and a friendly staff. The only issue is that you have a small budget, you need to be careful if the check-out, because we had to pay more than $400 USD for only welcome drinks and other like peanuts, chips and crackers and the DR rates are higher. Overall, I would really recommend this hotel to some friends.

“some good some only ok”

My safe was broken and they were unable to fix it causing me to have to risk theft and feel very uncomfortable knowing the hotel staff new it was not fixable when the bellman tried to put new batteries in it. The AC and all power goes off when you take your room key out of the wall slot to leave making it horribly hot in a country where it is usually 90 degrees. Staff was friendly and helpful. It should be noted that the business center consists of 2 computers crowded in at the end of the bar in the restaurant with no privacy. Also the Welcome Drinks advertised consisted of one per person and you could only have one thing that was red wine mixed with some liquor that tasted like cough syrup. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am so I missed that 6am would be much better. Most of the businesses on the street were either out of business or closed. Overall a safe location with security and easy access to freeway to airport.

“Okay for the Money”

The service from the resturant was great. They were very friendly and helpful especially to my children. Some of the Hotel Manager's were not friendly; they seem to have an attitude. The bedrooms are very small; however for the price and if you do not plan to stay in you bedroom much it is fine. Note the Hotel does not provide transportation to the airport like they claim they do.

“Never Again Again”

The location of the hotel is not great with no restaurants nearby. The hotel reception looks lovely, then it goes downhill when you get to your room. The rooms are very small and basic, except a decent TV. Checking out was horrendous - whilst waiting for over 30 mins at reception, as they were checking out previous people - the receptionist received a call. Finally at my turn, i gave my room number and she stated that they had checked the room and I had stolen a towel (they are crappy towels). I hadn't but they double checked and confirmed that i wasnt a thief. No apology...... never again

“Not impressed at all.”

The hotel did not impress me at all. The staff don't seem to understand the meaning of customer service. By failing to clearly inform me that they don't do pick ups from the hotel, waisted several hours of my time waiting at the airport for the hotel shuttle. Upon arrival I questioned the S/M why he informed me telephonically that the hotel will pick me up from the a/port. Only to be told "sorry we don't do that'
