“Outstanding hotel”

This was a first class hotel in every way. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were very willing to help. It is a bit far from Santiago's city center and attractions, necessitating either a taxi ride or subway ride to get to various places. (there is, however, a large shopping mall within easy walking distance). The hotel staff will assist you in any way, whether it's getting a taxi, arranging tours, exchanging money. The hotel restaurant is outstanding as well. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend.

Hotel Kennedy is a comfortable European style hotel that provided an excellent base for doing business in Santiago, Chile. The room was small, but clean and efficient. The food was excellent. The water is drinkable. The neighborhood was safe with many restaurants within walking distance.

“A Superb Hotel”

I don't usually rate hotels but I felt obligated in this case, I travel a lot in the U.S. Mexico and Latin America and it's hard to find a Hotel like Kennedy, my room was clean, their staff was great, friendly, alway ready to help, my cab driver Fabian was super professional, always on time, front desk people were very informative, I went to chile for business and took two days off, they set up my tours, they made everything so simple for me, I was impressed with their punctuality and professionalism, I recommend to buy jewerly from Mrs Cecilia, a lovely lady that has a small store in the lobby, there's a big mall at walking distance called Parque Arauco with chain restaurants and also with Chilean food. very safe area, you can walk at night and feel very safe. food at their restaurant was very good, Marcela welcomes you every morning with a smile. Congratulations to all, I'm very impressed and highly recommend this hotel to everybody going to Santiago de Chile for business or pleasure.

this was a wonderful hotel, i met a guy from fla who was put on a floor that looked like it was under construction but that wasn.t our experience, everyonewas so helpful and nice, would definitely stay there again and recomend it
