Perfect for a night stopover.Posted Jan 23, 2015
Great hotel, nice rooms and grounds. Very clean. Great food at restaurant and the included breakfast buffet was a bonus. Staff not overly friendly...just like they didn't care, from checkin to checkout. Overall a nice place to stay, easy to find between Panama City and David.

Great hotel!Posted Nov 24, 2014
This was a great hotel. Really nice amenities, and very clean! Everything worked well, and the bed was really comfortable!! Santiago is a small town with nothing to do, but great for a stop as you are driving through Panama! I would highly recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay!

Nice HotelPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: It has a good price/benefit ratio.
Cons: When anything ran out in the kitchen at the restaurant, they should warn you before you choose.
Location: There are some trips to Coiba Island, that is a natural reserve.
Very comfortable rooms, access to the pool is convenient, the food is good. Take some time to get your meal but it is ok, worth the time you wait.

Nice and newPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: The staff helped on several items like lost luggage at airport. Good parking near front of hotel.
Cons: Air conditioner was just able to keep room cool.
Location: At the entrance to the city and eventually will be right next to the new mall.
From my experience it is the best hotel in the area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool. Good food in the restaurant.

Not good as it seems to bePosted Jun 21, 2014
Bad air conditioning system. Wear towels, no complimentary water, no mini bar. Not good breakfast.

Just one night, during carnival, but very nicePosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: the atmosphere... the decoration, very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast & Dinner times can be improve and make more food... there was not enough food... it was delicious, yes, but it ran out
Everything was great. the service was superb. Very comfortable hotel, it was relaxing and cozy. It was Carnavales in Panama, so they had great music during the day by the pool, I am not sure if they have that all the time, but the music was fun. The only problem we had was the breakfast buffet on Sunday finished at 10:30 am; we walked in at 10:12 am and the food was almost over and they didn’t add more food and there was many of us… we weren’t able to enjoy a variety breakfast, just what was left. They could have brought more food… they also ran out of the seafood pasta the night before… I guess they need to work on calculating the food for the actual amount of guest staying at the hotel.

Very nice hotel in the interior of Panama!Posted Jan 28, 2014
This is by far the nicest hotel in the Veraguas province! The pool area is lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are not bad. They could do with hair dryers and mini refrigerators in the rooms. Unfortunately our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait almost an hour. We arrived at 5.30 and check-in was at 3.00pm.
