“Excellent Value, Good Location, Convenient.”
The price makes this hotel good value. Easy location for transport, just a very short walk to Metro. The hotel can be a little hard to find but if you tell the taxi driver to take you to the Baquedano metro station and if you have a printed map showing the hotel in relation to the metro it's easy. The apartments are a little small but quite okay for a short stay. Well equipped. If you don't mind twin bed layout, then room 1307 is great. Bit more room than some others with a separate bedroom. This is a great place to stay in a great location.
“Satisfying for the money”
This is a building in an excellent location. It's between two metro stations. The manager and staff are very kind. They clean every day except holidays and Sundays, so if you're staying during a holiday, don't expect the service. The office is open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. They recommended TurisTour company for sight seeing of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar for $60.oo US but what I did was to go to the bus terminal and take the bus to Viña. At the bus terminal there are several tour offices that will offer you a whole day tour to the two cities for $20.oo US (without lunch).
