Dirty, run down B&BPosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: The room condition. Carpet was very, very dirty. The pillow. The common area was very dirty.
I think the owner may have been super pleasant and helpful in the past. But now seems like she's grown tired of her business. The kitchen was crazy dirty - the sink was piled high with dirty dishes, the common are really needs to be cleaned up. The walls had a think layer of grim, grayness on it, the carpets are really, really dirty. The place is very run down.

Excellent hotel servicePosted Sep 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
This B&B was great! The place is small but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Marilu was a great host; very friendly and extremely helpful with awesome recommendations. The location is perfect, walking distance to Salvador metro station and bus stations as well. Close to parks, stores and restaurants. Breakfast were simple, but plenty. We feel like at home. A great market for souvenirs is Feria Santa Lucia. Thank you for everything, Marilu!

Marilu is great!Posted Dec 22, 2011
Pros: It felt like home.
Location: Easy walking distance to the Santiago Metro and busses.
Marilu was a wonderful host. When we arrived, she gave us a map, marked all of the places that would be of interest, and then explained how to get to them. She gave wonderful advice on getting established in the city. She is a fantastic resource and we would recommend her B&B to anyone who is visiting Santiago for the first time.
