Good location but upgrades needed

Pros: Comfortable and neat rooms
Cons: Wi-fi service and dining area could be improved. Also, need to serve wine at least.
The rooms were nice and neat, hotel was in a good location and the staff was friendly, but the wi-fi was only limited to the small lobby and the restaurant was cafeteria style. Bottled water was hard to find in the hotel and the waiter wasn't always available. For the price we paid for the rooms it was not worth it.

Although the hotel is in a good location in Santiago, there are some aspects that they should improve to offer a better experience for the business travellers.

Comfortable Hotel in good location

Room was very large with small kitchen. Excellent breakfast buffet complete with fresh fruit,eggs, ham,chese a variety of breads,juice,coffee,etc. Location was 3 or 4 blocks from shopping and metro. Hotel located in very pleasant neighborhood. Most reception staff spoke adequate English. Very satisfying experience. 3 stars plus.

Good hotel and good location.The only negative point is that the hotel has not a CENTRAL HEATING in room and you need to use a heater. Not so nice for the winter...

Recepcionists very sloppy. Messages were written in a log book but I had to ask if there were any, every day. Requested wake-up call once at 7 AM which the receptionist wrote down again in one kind of log book. Got the call at 7:30 AM instead with no apologies.During my 10 day-stay there were youngsters attending pan-american games, about 170 of them, who were most of the time on their own roaming the corridors at all hours, slamming doors and LOL.
