Excellent location, convenient pricePosted Feb 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is not a hotel, but rooms rented out within a larger building. Services were minimal to non-existent: no one was around for check-out, for example. But the room was large, comfortable, and very affordable. The location is superb, easy access to downtown Santiago and a block from the metro. The roof pool was small but greatly enjoyed by our children. Definitely worth it if you're looking for a no-frills but perfectly nice (and very spacious) hotel room in downtown Santiago.

Pros & cons.Posted Jan 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Location was close to a main street on west side of town. Apartment/hotel. We had 2BD/2BA for 5 adults. 1 queen, bunk beds, & 2 singles in LR, no sofa. Linens were nice. Wood floors. Kit. was tiny but equipped. No guest services & no English on week-end when we arrived. Had to borrow manager's girlfriend's hair dryer and a 3-prong electrical adapter. Rooms were small but adequate. Managers spoke some English (office hrs). Only small A/C unit in 1 bdrm. & an oscillating fan.

Very convinient in dowtonwnPosted Nov 24, 2013
Cons: cleaniness could be improved
Location: Close to Plaza de Armas and downtown.
This is a apart hotel, service is according to that. Very convinient if you want to stay close to Plaza de Armas and dowtown. Very good options to eat all around. Personnel at the reception was very helpfull and advised us on a free city tour which starts everyday from Catedral if you like to walk is a good option to get to know more about interesting Santiago.
