Balance between price and comfort

Posted Jun 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is well locatd to see Moneda, Bellas Artes, and Plaza de Armas. Is a few steps of the Metro Stations La Moneda or Los Heroes, also if you are coming from Internatinal Airport Merino the Bus Centro Puerto for about 1,500 Chilean pesos could drop you at Los Heroes and you can walk to your hotel. The room has its own privitae bathroom and small kitchen. The breaksfast was included and its abundant

It's not a hotel

Posted Feb 22, 2014
Pros: Staff is ok.. they don't speak english..
Cons: all
It's a building with apartments where live people. It's close to downtown. But is far away from standards of an european hotel.

Great Hotel, Good Price & Good Stay!

Posted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: Friendly Hotel, good location, Clean, Confortable.
Location: There are 2 Subway Stations near by (Moneda & Los Heroes), Moneda Building is just 3 blocks from the hotel. 15 mins walk to Alameda Plaza Park.
Since the begining my experience was great, Friendly people. Breakfast is delivered around 7:00pm, then you can have it in the morning, Not fancy, but good (Cereal, yogurt, bread, piece of fruit, milk and Juice).

Friendly staff. Close to city center and subway. Slightly worn, but everything is working.

Disapointed

Posted Jun 7, 2011
It's not worth to call it hotel! - the hotel is inside a building where the hotel has some floors and the rest of the flats and floors belong to other people - Reception: it's not a reception, it's a small office and closed after 7PM or so - no restaurant in this hotel - they bring you the breakfast the day before to your suite and leave it in the small kitchen - the breakfast is very simple, 2 slides of bread, 1 slide of chease, 1 slide of cold cut, little bit of marmelade, 1 yoghurt, little bit of juice and little bit of milk, little bit of coffee and tea and sugar. Not enough for a real breakfast - The size of the suite is ok, - furnitures are ok - no restroom for guests at the reception office - if there would be a restaurant with dinner, lunch and brewakfast bufet it would be ok

Convenient location, but plain hotel.

Hotel is right next to where the TurBus drops off passengers from the airport bus, so an initial stay here couldn't be more convenient from that perspective. Friendly staff. Plain hotel, nothing fancy here.
