Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel

Great hotel, great, great staff. Free internet, good breakfast. Great view. Nothing was too hard for any staff to organise from any department.

Central location. Across the road from a large modern shopping mall and cinema. Cafes and restaurants close by. Pleasant staff. Buffett breakfast included and was a pleasant selection. Would recommend for business travels and families who require short stays in Santiago.

Enjoyed a 3 day stopover in Santiago before heading home, and decided on a hotel brand with reputable world wide quality in all aspect. The Radission Plaza didn't disappoint. Very comfortable stay - with hotels.com, check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel offers guest a welcome drink, there is a baby grand in the lobby and occasion a piano player enhancing the mood. The place is immaculate. The front lobby/door/concierge staff are polite and attentive. The hotel is located on Vitacura, in what could be the start of the financial district, plenty of banks located nearby. A brand new shopping plaza is located next door, with all the best shopping one could find in a 5 floor mall. 5th floor boost amazing restaurants and a food court. The hotel is located on the HOP-ON-OFF bus tour route. Stop 6 is located just down the street to the east on Vitacura. Makes it easy to join the tour, and follow it back to Bellavista, and to Plaza De Arms. Not close to the historic center of Santiago, but once your do a bus tour, orient yourself, you will see it is a good hour/bit walk west to get there.. or a decent taxi. Great stay..

Excellent location opposite new shopping mall.

There was a major International Conference on at the time of our stay. It involved bag searches & metal detectors & a possible element of risk to us if someone chose to attack while we were guests. We would like to have been advised when we booked to give the choice as to whether we took the "risk", changed our itinerary or stayed at another hotel. Other than that, it was an excellent hotel & a wonderful experience

Great location in the new financial district, steps away from a modern shopping mall. Easy access to airport and to major attractions. Good choice for English-only travelers. Excellent value.
