“Very good Hotel, but pictures could get you a wring idea about rooms”

The Hotel in general is very good one with quality level on human resources and architecture design and so. Also, breakfast is reasonably good. Location is outstanding. Nevertheless rooms are smaller than you imagine looking at pictures shown in Expedia web pages showing how rooms looks like. Anyway, if you are in business or doing a very short trip you are more than ok with this Hotel.

“Beautiful hotel in a great location”

This was a beautiful hotel - entry area, reception, lobby and rooms were all very spacious and light. We arrived early in the morning and the room was not yet available, but the hotel staff was very professional and helpful, and came to get us as soon as the room was ready. The room itself was very large with a great view of the city, totally modern and well-appointed. Another plus is a large shopping area in easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend the hotel for Santiago visitors - great for both vacationers and business travelers. By the way, if this is your first trip to Santiago -- beware the Pisco Sours!
