Great ServicePosted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: Location, WiFi
Cons: Spruce up the rooftop pool
Location: Everything is nearby.
Wonderful staff, very good and reliable WiFi. Perfect location near many opportunities for shopping. Starbucks was directly across the street (very important because decent coffee is hard to find in Santiago). Free breakfast was excellent. Short walk to the metro. Very safe, you can walk around at all hours.

Very nice and comfortable!Posted Aug 8, 2013
Pros: Good location, very comfortable stay, nice rooms, good breakfast and dinner options, friendly staff.
Cons: Snacks and refreshments in room are a bit pricey - you can walk across the street to get the same for cheaper! Pool is not heated. No WiFi in rooms.
Location: Nice section of the city - lots of stores/malls, restaurants and parks around. Metro is one block away to easily get everywhere else!
I had a very relaxing stay at this hotel... the front desk staff was extremely friendly (*the majority of the other staff such as waiters, maids, and doorman didn't speak English, though they were all very polite - just make sure you can speak decent Spanish if you intend to converse with them!). The rooms were comfortable and a nice size for two people, with snacks and refreshments available, as well as decent room service (not the best of food, but I never expect much from room service). Some days the maids would come around with chocolates to offer to the rooms they didn't clean due to do not disturb signs! The restaurant had great deals for dinner (around $30USD for a dinner buffet, entree, dessert, appetizer drink and unlimited wine) and a large variety of choices at the free breakfast buffet as well. The location is in a nice part of the city, very close to everything you may need, including the metro (just a block away). The rooftop pool is a nice touch - it was empty at the time of my visit, but it's a pretty small pool should it get crowded. I honestly can't see more than 3 people swimming comfortably in it. Also, it didn't seem to be "heated" as advertised. There's no way to watch movies on the TVs in rooms - you're limited to about 10/15 basic cable channels, most of which are in Spanish as well - but if you're not spending much time in your room anyway, no big deal! Overall - I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Great Hotel, close to everything!Posted Jul 18, 2013
We stayed for 7 nights and I couldn't image a better service. The restaurant is of prime quality, they had buffet some nights and they would prepare you anything to your request. They were great people and we felt very much at home. The area is superb close to everything, shopping, restaurants, subways. etc.

Wonderful Haven in a busy cityPosted Apr 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel staff couldn't have done more for us. We arrived at 1.0am after being delayed with our flight and got a very nice welcome. Room all prepared for us with small chocolates on the bench. The room is slightly dated but it didn't bother us. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. I always have a hot breakfast and there was a great choice of hot foods ie: beautiful crisp bacon, sausages, hash browns, tomatoes, scrambled eggs etc.Pleanty of other foods, i: ham, cheeses, yogourts, breads, buns. Lovely coffee which they replenished all the time if you wanted it.Couldn't fault the breakfast. Great doormen, always on the ready. Really handy to the city itself. We did lots of walking and shopping. Hotel has coffee ready for you in he sitting area, just help yourself. Good feeling about the hotel. Lot of business men staying. We had the dinner which was a huge buffet. The desserts were to die for. My waistline changed that's for sure.We had asked for a late exit and were given til 3.0pm free of charge. They rang us to see if the maid could come in and were we finished with the room. It wan't until we nearly missed our plane that we realised our watches were an hour wrong, so we had held them up with the room for an extra hour, felt dreadful about that as we didn't know..Would stay again and look forward to it. We were spoilt and it felt good. Thank you Santiago Park Hotel

Enjoyed my stay!!!Posted Apr 1, 2013
Pros: Sleep quality and fresh fruit breakfast.
Location: Nice neighborhood within easy access of most Santiago sights.
Nicely furnished and decorated room with windows that open including one in the bathroom. Excellent bed linen and a super comfortable bed. My room was 701 at the end of the hall which was quiet and clean. There was a music box in the room with with a tuner and docking stations for music players along with flat screen TV. There's an extra charge for wi fi at around $13 U.S.. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which consisted of a wide selection of fresh fruits and juices, yogurt, toast, cakes, as well eggs, bacon, hash browns, and roasted tomatoes, I thought the coffee was a little week for my taste. I found the service to be polite and efficient. Great Value!

Not a good experience, the staff is very arrogant in general, specially at reception. The rooms are very small, dirty, poorly maintained, the carpet in our room was all stained and dirty, the bathroom small and old. The air condition is in great need of maintenance. The lift OMG the lift slow very slow and very small. Breakfast basic. Would not use ever again.
