Staff was helpful. Suite is in building much of which is used for leased apartments. If location near a number of tourist sites in Santiago is a high priority, we highly recommend. Reasonably priced. (Most hotels in this area were much more expensive.\or had poor reviews.) We would gladly stay there again.

Apartment was in a convenient location but not very user friendly if you did not speak spanish. Very limited supplies considering it was an apartment.

The hotel is in a fairly new building (2006) and exactly in the place where one would want to be for tourism--it's within walking distance of al the major sites. The room was a small apt with kitchen, living room, and a small bedroom and bath. It could have been cleaner, but otherwise it was perfectly fine, especially given the price.
