Not a hotel so no service

These are apartments, so if you book you had better be completely independent of any need to deal with a reception department. Convenient to the Metro, but not close to anything interesting by foot. Las Condes is clean, safe, and exceptionally boring.

I sateyed for 2 nights and I Had no issues! Very close to malls and everything great location in Santiago, small and nice apartment I'll definitely go back.

Cons: Old facilities
Location: Lots of things. Nearby is the main mall in Santiago. Plenty of restaurants. Subway distance 100 steps away
This is an apartment in a 20+ years 29 stories building. Pros: - Pricing - Location (at Las Condes, the push area) 100 steps away from a subway station - Cooking facilities and a small living room and terrace Cons: - Don't trust about the "gym". It is a collection of decaying machines - The "full breakfast" is a frugal assortment of cookies, bread, yoghurt and juice - Bathroom is tiny - No hotel service. Difficulty in finding the owner, although she is very nice and gives prompt service

The worst booking experience ever.

Pros: Never got a chance to find out.
Cons: That Expedia check out their vendor very carefully so that their clients are not put into the worst imaginable situation.
Location: It was in the best area of the city, but we never got a chance to enjoy it. We ended up isolated from all the great things the city has to offer
I arrived at the hotel with my confirmation #20218970 and printout from Expedia. They said"Bad news. We don't have a room for you." I was never notified by e-mail that someone had cancelled my reservation. I had just stepped off the cruise ship and was not expecting this. I do not speak Spanish and the lady I talked to on the phone about the cancellation did not speak English. I asked the front desk guy to help me find another hotel since they did not have another room available at their hotel. He spoke a little English.They did not have Internet or a telephone directory so I had to take a taxi to the Marriott thinking I would have a better chance to find a room. They were all booked ,but they called around to find us a room. Because of major events going on in the city, they spent 45 minutes until they finally found us a room at the Hilton, near the airport. It was 25 miles from the center, where I booked my original hotel, and the rate was twice as expensive, but I had no choice but to take it. It was nighttime and I needed a place to sleep. I can't describe the anguish I felt.I ended up spending $450.00 more than I had planned because the room rate was twice as much and the taxi fare for going back and forth from near the airport to the center, for two days, was 250.00. I can't put a price on the anguish I experienced. I expect to be reimbursed for all this inconvenience, in the neighborhood of $1000.00, if I am to be a satisfied customer and try to forget my anger.

Great location, close to subway and buses. It was a small room but had everything you need. Very good for the price

The apart hotel is very nice, very clean, very well located and it's almost very new
