Close to the beach.

Pros: close to the beach
Bad experience, I was moved 3 times. First time, no A/C and I paid $600/3 nights. Second room, good A/C but small room, it didn't worth what I paid. Third room, A/C seemed to work fine, but when the night came wasn't working all its capacity, no coffee pot, I called room service around 7:30 am asking to bring one, they told me after 9 am, I had to run to the restaurant for coffee. I didn't ask room service to bring me free coffee because was their fault, and sure they charge for that service plus the staff is too slow.

Relaxing five days:)!

Pros: The hotel has nice views and they keep nice and clean the entire area!
Cons: Improve the rooms with paint, comfortable beds and pillows and flat screen TVs!
Location: You can be able to schedule trips to islands to spent all day with a navigator with food included. Also, the hotel has a night club!
I went with my two kids and enjoyed the daily night entertainment for kids and after the daily show. They are very funny!!! Also, really liked my five days enjoying the nice area, the pools, beach and food. I am thankful for the housekeeping staff for keeping my room nice and clean and all the staff are very friendly!

Pros: Close to the beach
Cons: The front at times seemed to ignore issues presented
Left and expensive adaptor that was not found or returned. The food was good, however the dinning was very crowded during the weekend. The waitresses were very pleasant and service oriented.

Convinient Location.

Pros: Comfortable rooms, good view from most of them, not too far to walk to Dinning Rooms, Pool, Beach and Theater..
Cons: Just make sure the water pressure in the rooms are stronger and Hot water for sure all the time. That's the first thing I check when I enter the room.
Location: The convinience where is located. We had stores across the Hotel, also a Pharmacy and located in Juan Dolio, a very quiet Town.
Very surprised that the Hotel only has 3.5 stars where should have at least 4 stars.

This Hotel is next to beach,but the food was bad

No good because I have to wait 10 hours to use the room. It is impossible, the buffet food was the same every day, I went to other resort in August 2014 my experience in that was good. The staffs are very friendly.

Pros: The experience

August 2014. First of all, this was my first time in the Dominican Republic, the view and the beauty of the resort was breath taking. From the time I checked in, to the time I left (1 week later) the service was excellent! Most of the staff spoke a little english which was very helpful to me, I was treated well by everyone I encountered. The entertainment was abundant, from Zumba in the freah morning air to the games which were centered on family fun and dance lessons at the swimming pool. In the evening was the nightly entertainment at the amphitheater, I felt the actors and dancers were impressive and very well rehursed.And as for the beautiful dining area, there was a vast selection of food to choose from, the dining-room attendants were very professional and courteous. I will be booking my next vacation at this resort in March, I absolutly loved it!

Worse Hotel Ever

Cons: EVERYTHING
If I were expedia, I would remove this hotel from my site. This is worse hotel and I think they pay people for the positive reviews. First off, if this is a resort, then why do the staff not speak English?????The food was horrible, the bed was most uncomfortable. I had neck pain for 4 days. I ended up checking out on the 4th day because I was so unhappy with everything. When I checked out the front desk clerk asked why was I leaving early, when I told her she just said ok. No attempts to make things right, no apologies.

Pros: Ease of access from the city. The grounds are well maintained. Nice ladies at the spa. Many nice pools.
Cons: a few more signs to find your way around. It is a big property.
Location: Nice restaurants, even though meals were included it was nice to go some where different with a local feel.
It is a lovely place, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Our first room smelled musty and had several burned out lights and a broken fridge. Once that was pointed out, our room was changed. It is family friendly and has everything you need for a weekend get away.

It's close to the beach

The Air conditioning is leak , noisy and dropping water all over the floor. Other than that the staff are friendly. Actives is limited. The area pretty quiet at night. if you like quiet place you would like it, but if you don't like quiet place you may not like it. If you like going to Casino there is a shuttle bus you can request, free of charge. They come pick you and drop you as well as long you play for at least $1. Juan Dolio It's mostly for family. I like it but the hotel definitely need some updates.

I was recommended this hotel by a friend. I wanted something local and close to the towns and this was perfect. 15-20 mins away from everything. You pretty much get what you pay for. The food was good. Everyone will find something to eat. Very clean, wasnt bothered by mosquitoes and service was good also. I will definitely come back.
