This was the type of experience if you don't mind hanging with people from the area. Hotel staff was "ok". They mainly spoke spanish. Thank god my friend who was with us spoke spanish. The hotel does need some updating but for the price, it was worth it. AC in my room was very low. We could not control it. Food was good.

Gorgeous place,resort is small but very cozy!!! You defenetly have to go to see this paradise!!! Beach is beautiful- white sand, blue ocean, very clean!!!

Pros: the gardening was exceptional
Cons: the huminity in the rooms and also some people dont drink coffee, they woul like tea, or hot chocolate in there suite
Location: is convinient
i have been there before, and it was good so i went back

Staff was great, food was ok i guess, not a lot of variety dough, the room was awfull they put me in front of the beach but the AC was not Working peoperly, i complain them i got transfer to another room with the same problem, so since i got one more day left I decide to stay in the same room. Overall not a good experience

serious need of customer service

The hotel staff, in particular the front desk staff need SERIOUS training in customer service. The hotel is run down....pool has peeling paint, mattresses are shot and uncomfortable. The entertainment was HORRIBLE, and really embarrassing to watch. It was hard to get silverware, you had to wait a long time to get a drink in the dining room, your meal was finished by the time a drink arrived, if you could track down someone to order one from. I have been at this hotel several times previously in past years, but will not return again.

Needs improvement

Pros: The beach was amazing
Cons: Security mus be improved so tourists don't get harassed on the beach by all the small vendors
Location: 30min from the airport, good remote location
Was expecting a better hotel from the pictures, the all inclusive is not as all inclusive as it seems. The staff doesn't speak English, they are very slow at executing tasks, specially at the reception. The rooms are very basic, we had a leaking toilet. Security is a bit relaxed and therefore you get annoyed by a lot of people at the beach.
