“Nice hotel !”

This is a nice hotel very clean very comfortable! I love the swimming pool and the view. But the swimming pool only opens until 8:00PM, I think it's too bad this part, and the tv in the room is very but very old and small. However I don't live with TV and don't even use TV during the time I stayed in the hotel. So it doesn't matter neither. I like this hotel for it's price and the breakfast is fine. But the signal of the wifi is very weak. However for the price I recommend this hotel.

“The Price is Right! Nice Place!!!”

I was very surprise when I noticed in my room there was still one of those older model TUB TV. I would have like to see a LCD flat screen tv in my room as I like to watch movies from my computer when their is nothing on tv to watch or if I am in a country where I can not understand the language spoken. Over all, I was pleased. The staff was very helpful with all my needs. Room service was not that expensive. Plus, if you have a rent a care, your not to far from anying thing (Malls, Movies, Drug Stores, and George Washington Av.). I have already told my friends about this hotel and they are making plans to stay there as well. By the way, the pool is AWESOME !!!!

“Just a poor man's opion”

I and friend stay at this hotel and found the experience to be pleasing. Check in was easy and I explained that I was expecting a guest the last night of my stay and because I list two persons per room there was no extra charge when she arrived dispite what other reviewers say. I did bring other guest before my last day and had to pay for the visit but the staff had told me that at check-in. The staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant food was good but not great. The tennis courts are best used during the daylight because some lamp lights were out. The exercise room is busy because it is also a club for the locals who didn't seem to mind sharing but it was a bit crowded at times. The pool is beautiful and lots of seating around the pool. The room smelled a bit of mildew but it wasn't over bearing. Security was great and transportation good. I paid in advance with US dollars so there were no surprises at check out. The this hotel is a little more suited for men or women who are not to pickieeeeee. I plan to go back and stay at this hotel again.

Employees should smile. They look to be working in an unpleasant atmosphere. Besides, they are not flexibe with some policies, even when I know that they do not have the way to follow up some of them.

“Total disappointment!”

Service was horrible. I went on a business trip and I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel management is very rude. I came here from the airport and they asked me to email them the Expedia voucher. I have traveled the whole world and always make my reservations on Expedia and never have they asked for a voucher. They made me go to the business center and open up my email and email them the voucher even though they receive my travel information from Expedia already! Then, I set up a business meeting at the hotel and they were harassing my guests because they are not registered to stay there. Totally embarrassing! If you just want someone cheap to stay and don't care about being respected while your there, I recommend this hotel. Otherwise, definitely not!

“not impressed at all”

clean lobby but as soon as you walk off elevators very musty "old" smell, window in room wouldnt lock, tv didnt work, bed wasnt that comfortable and had to keep asking for wash cloths and large towels, food in restaurant tasted like school cafeteria food and over cooked, lack of people who could speak english, took over 2 hours for room service food to be delivered then they didnt leave me a bottle opener for bottle of coke, didnt take room service items out of room the entire time we were there. Had a much better experience stying at Hilton there previously
