very nice hotel in a great location

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: staff, room, coffee, location, staff
Cons: it's a nice hotel in a beautiful country. if there are any improvements needed at this hotel, they did not have any effect on my vacation.
Location: things we did = eat, drink, party, sightsee, boca chica, plaza espana, juan dolio,
i stayed here for a week in may 2015 the room i booked was not available so i was given (with no hassle) a sweet for the week. Thank You Mercure staff. Everyone was really nice, my room was clean, comfortable and all around great. i did not eat in the restaurant so i can't comment on the food. center of Zona Colonial = great location.

Pros: Price and location , right in the middle of zona colonial
Coming from a week in casa de campo it is hard to appreciate this hotel , the bathroom is very small and toilet abt 2 feet from a wall.....

Nice location and very close to colonial zone and the major historical places of the city. The room was good but needs more cleans.

buena ubicacion

Not room ready when I arrived.

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Only the location.
Cons: everything
Location: Very good.
I have to wait for my room more than 1.5 hrs, in the lobby, and when they were ready it wasn't a double bed room, the only have a single room, so when I ask for discount for they simply ignored my demand.

très mauvais accueil par le personnel.

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Rien
Cons: Tout
