“Nice 12 day vacation.”

Hotel was nice. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff went above and beyond. food was good. Only thing i didn't like was that they didn't have the wifi through out the whole hotel. That's it. Good family vacation, romantic nights, not many poachers. Also all the staff was friendly.

Great food and drinks. Hotel staff was very helpful and I felt safe. Many other people during my stay. Food at all times of the day. Many activities from Domingo like horseback riding and ATV.

“Great Deal for the Price! Awesome staff”

We had an absolute blast on our trip! Two friends and I went for spring break. We didn't expect much when finding a 3 star hotel but were pleasantly surprised! The bathrooms were pretty run down and could definitely use an update, but that didn't bother us much. The pool area was great and the bar and entertainment staff were so fun! They talked and joked with us and remembered us throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious. Most days, we dinned in the buffet area where you can see the beach. On Sunday's dinner they had a dinning hall/buffet area open in the middle of the resort. It is definitely more local foods: beans & rice, meats in sauces, mixed veggies, and lots of tropical juices. They also had a grill out night with hamburgers and hot dogs and every night from midnight to 1am they have burgers, nachos, and hotdogs available as well. The discoteca was fun, although not many people were there the week we stayed. I recommend taking an excursion from the German hut located on the beach just left of the resort. We went to Saona Island and had an absolute blast. Beautiful beaches, natural pools, all inclusive bar, buffet, dancing, and lots of new people to meet! People will try to sell you stuff on the beach, it's way more expensive. If you go to downtown Santo Domingo everything is cheaper. Just say no to the beach sellers if you're not interested. Unless in the horseback ride guy - he's awesome.

for the price it is better than some others resorts in the area, the employees all were very frienly, polite, helpfull, they are very good workers, from the main desk,all the way to the guards.

“Get what you pay for”

For the price of this place the only truly negative thing I can say is that the chef staff needs a lesson on food safety and handling. Most of the food is overcooked but considering the food handling methods they are just trying to protect you from themselves. Most of the meats are cooked to the point of being like shoe leather. For the price of the resort you cannot complain about the room or the condition of the resort. Things are a bit run down. Most of the people there are very friendly and helpful - with the exception of the front desk. I do wish that they would keep the people selling excursions from bothering you - I was accosted by them as soon as I walked on the property - even before I had time to check in. Bring your own booze unless you can take cheap/sweet liquor. If you do not bring your own good booze stick to the dark rum - the wiskey and gin is scary nasty. The beach is very beautiful and relaxing except for the people selling their stuff so only spend time on the beach if you are in the water or playing volleyball or some other activity. The pools are not as well kept as they should be but still not as bad as some I have seen. Once again you get what you pay for.

There are two sides to the hotel, pool side and beach side. The pool side is across a small street.Its less than a minute walk to the beach. The beach side was amazing! If you are looking to kick back and relax this is the place for you. The beach was not crowded in front of the resort. If you are looking for a party you will need to bring it with you. For the money this place was great. The room I had was clean and the AC blew nice and cold. They could use to upgrade the beds,a bit hard for my taste. Food. The down fall is that there are set times for each meal. Most of the meals were pretty good. Breakfast got old fast but they did make fresh omelette's to order. Dinners were typically decent. Plenty of presidente beer to drink and they make a mean banana mama, I think that was the name. If your looking for top of the line alcohol you better bring it. ONLY ORDER DARK RUM IN YOUR DRINKS. Over all I would go back.

hotel wa sok it was an all inclusive. drinks were ok food was not to good though and make sure u eat at the times they put out food because they dont have a very large selction and staff eats an hour after food put out. hot tell is nice but nothing to do there no animation staff. good if u just want to relax and not be botherd
