Pros: It is on the beach, although it is a public beach. you can walk to local restaurants.
Cons: Everything. Advertise correctly, instead of misleading people.
Location: walk to local restaurants. They said they have water activities nearby, but I did not see anything at all
The description provided on the Expedia and on Xeliter's website are not accurate. They list it as a hotel, its really Condos that are mostly owned by people. They rent some of the Condos out on a temporary basis. We booked a 3 bedroom condo, but were told that they dont rent 3 bedrooms, only 2 bedrooms (which they gave us) and told us to fight Expedia for a refund, since its expedia's mistake. They list that the rate includes daily housekeeping, towels, linens, but it does not. The Condo we were given was dirty, the sinks were clogged, the showers were barely working and no one informed us we had to turn on the hot water heater (we figured it out ourselves). There were towels in the closet, and linens on beds, but they don't clean or change anything . Everytime we asked for anything, they kept reminding us this was a 'condo' and we had to do everything ourselves. Hardly anyone spoke English Although the website states there are 2 pools, there is actually only one, and the " lifeguard " kept telling my kids to swim in the shallow end, even though they are good swimmers. What they don't state is there are 2 hotels - Costa Del Sol I, and Costa Del Sol II, and they are about 50 feet from each other. You are not allowed to cross over the 50 feet and use the pool in the other hotel, even though one had a hot tub and one didn't. Every time, we walked around, we were stopped by 'guards' who kept telling us to stay on our side of the 'hotel. The pool was dirty.
