Hotel in Oia townPosted Oct 14, 2014
Cons: Apartments/Rooms should be refurbished.
This hotel is conveniently located in Oia town. Attractions, restaurants and other amenities are within walking distance. We stay here for 2 nights in different apartment. We spent first night in traditional apartment for 3 person, where the air-conditioned was not working and bathroom flooded after use. For second night, we changed to standard apartment for 2 person where everything works fine. Apartments are clean yet very basic.

Excellent hotel In the centre of the old townPosted Sep 29, 2014
This hotel was amazing value for money. It's clean, comfortable apartments right in the middle of the town close to the restaurants and shops. Yet quiet and relaxing. The pool was a huge plus as we had a 9 year old. Yet it's key plus point was its staff who were so friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. Its not a luxury top end hotel but it was a really great place to stay.

Lovely pool, fab staff. V close to the action!Posted Sep 22, 2014
Very pretty hotel, lovely pool. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was adequate. Very close to the heart of oia without paying the big caldera view prices. Rooms are basic but perfect as we were travelling with a toddler who had the run of the very large apartment. The staff and guests were very welcoming to a small child. Thanks

Sunset HeavenPosted Aug 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
The ideal hotel location to walk to the main walkway in Oia and to the tourist observation area of the sunset. The hotel room was large and adequate with a kitchen / cooking area that we did not use. The hotel pool was a delight and I saw the pool being cleaned the 2 mornings that we stayed in the hotel. The front desk was informative and helpful with even providing a power converter until our stay was over. A little secret for those considering the hotel when booking. This hotel has about 3 sunset viewing decks or terraces you can be in . If your not into big crowds or just dont want the hassel of walking down to the open tourist area, you have the option to stay in one of the hotel viewing areas and watching it from the comfort of your hotel. We did both the commercial magic less crowded viewing area and the hotel area which was maybe 2 other families and a pair of kids that thought it was the new year ball drop but, hey what can you do when their parents are clueless and let thier kids ruin a maybe once in a life time sunset. As for the hotel, its great for the price and location. Free Breakfast was also served early in the morning.

A great pick in OiaPosted Aug 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is in a great location, is clean, well-maintained, and provided a decent breakfast included. I would stay here again if in Oia. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and the rooftop is great for sunsets.

Amazing hotel!!Posted Aug 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing stay at Aethrio. The property is beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly and go the extra mile to help with anything. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was great, plenty of options. We found the room a bit outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. The hotel is centrally located in Oia and is close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, Beautiful hotelPosted Jul 23, 2014
I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect, takes you right out to the main shopping area, bus stop, and many views. The hotel emailed me a couple days before asking if I wanted them to book me a taxi for airport pick up, they paid it in advance for us and had someone meet us at the drop off station. At arrival we were greeted with complimentary drinks. The staff is wonderful. The pool and facilities were great, including complimentary breakfast and wifi. They hotel also provides toiletries, and pool towels. I will absolutely recommend this hotel.

I want to back again and again!Posted Jul 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Not enough can be said about how FANTASTIC this hotel is! Lovely pool, excellent service, clean, spacious rooms, balconies, next door to a magical blue-roof top church, steps away from the Oia town of beautiful sceneries, 1 minute walk to the bus terminal/taxi station! Just 2 minute walk to Roka (excellent restaurant! We went twice in 3 days for how good EVERYTHING was on the menu!). My boyfriend and I got a lovely welcome glass of white wine upon arrival and went up to their private Sunset Terrace to watch the sunset!!! Absolutely magical!!! If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Oia that is well-located, clean, and peaceful, THIS is the place to stay at! Loved it!!!

Great place in a picture perfect islandPosted Jul 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was amazing. The place is so Santorini. Lots of character just like the island. Perfect location. The staff was extraordinary. We had super service with a smile no matter how small a request. Place was spotless. The breakfast was also fabulous with a really large selection. Yum! Only negative I could think of was the internet was not working in the room but available in the pool and reception area. Would definitely stay there again.
