Very convenient location - walkable in downtown Fira. Close to airport (15mins max) and they arrange your transport. Beautiful outdoor setting and view. Extremely clean, pleasant staff, comfortable bed, good AC (important for us Americans). They bring your breakfast to your room at agreed time and you can sit outside your room to enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

The cleanliness was top notch and the service so friendly and readily available. Perfect location. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. Georgina was so welcoming and kind. I travel a lot and I highly recommend it.

Excellent location 5 min downhill walk to centre of Thira. the hotel rooms aren't huge but are kept very clean everyday and have all the facilities you need with good bed and nice bathrooms with shower. hte reception staff are lovely very helpful for all you needs with getting around the island, organising trips and transfers plus where to go in town. The are around the very lovely pool is nice and quiet very relaxing for those wanting to get a tan etc. We went out for dinner each night in town and used Tirana resturant nearly everyday as great value and local, afterwards we'd walk about town but ended up sitting with the owners at the hotel as they've a lovely bar with nice balcony which was very relaxing most evenings :-)

My Mum and I stayed at this hotel last week and we were very happy with our choice. It is in a quiet side street just off the main road in Fira, but within 5min you can get to shops, restaurants and cafés. Bus station is 10 min walk. Breakfast tray is brought to each room as there is no common dining-room, which would have been nice. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They reached out to us days before arrival and offered us a pick-up service at the port. Especial recognition to Dionysis, who was very nice and always had a kind word to us in our native tongue (Spanish)! The hotel is very clean and ideal for those who want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay, so I would certainly recommend!

Nice place this -Dionysis checked us in with zero hassle very friendly and informative. We have stayed here before so knew what we were getting -nice room nice pool- great place. parking was a bit of an issue quite hit and miss but Santorini Fira is a super busy place.

Dream Island reached out to us immediately after we booked our room to help is secure transport from the ferry port that was waiting for us when we arrived. It is a family run hotel, with small but cozy rooms and only steps from stores, restaurants, mini markets, rental agencies for cars, scooters , etc and the central square of Thira. They have a decent sized pool and a very large lounging area around it. The tourist area and the best sunset location is also close by. They will deliver breakfast to your personal balcony or patio which you might like at sunrise for which you have a spectacular location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I would recommend this accommodation in Thira.

This hotel is very well kept, clean and friendly. The staff were always helpful and nice. The location was brilliant as it was a 5 minute walk down hill to the main square (uphill on the way back though), so close enough to the busy parts but also far enough away from the noise! The rooms were clean and spacious with all the bits you need (towels, toiletries, iron, AC etc) and a sea view. The pool area is beautiful with sofas, sunbeds, swing chairs and bean bags. The only thing we disliked about this hotel was the lack of shade around the pool - there are only 2 umbrellas for about 20 sunbeds AND these umbrellas were cemented into the ground and cannot be moved! The position of the umbrellas was also pretty useless as the shade they provide actually goes off a ledge which means you can’t even move the sunbeds to use the shade properly… so of the only 2 umbrellas, they are useless. There are 4 sofa areas with shade, however 2 aren’t by the pool and the other 2 you have to be lucky to get in the morning. In saying that, the pool area is lovely and quiet, not busy and always beds available (maybe because they are in permanent sun, who knows). Overall, we are very happy with this hotel and everything that it provided. Was lovely, modern, clean and had beautiful areas to enjoy.

I loved staying here! The staff are so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help me - I so appreciated it. The morning starts off with a breakfast feast delivered to your room. The location of the hotel is within easy walking of everything you want to do in Fira; also easy to access the bus system to explore the rest of the island. Highly recommend this hotel!

Horrible experience Very uncomfortable beds, light in room that can’t be turned off will keep you up all night, hot tub promised but not even filled when we arrived. Not enough hot water for all of us to shower. Like staying in a manufactured home with cheap repairs. Photos show a very different representation of actual views

Peaceful Stay in Busy Fira
This hotel was centrally located, and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The pool area is very peaceful and refreshing. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was included and was delivered at my chosen time each day, and I was able to eat outside on the patio or by the pool; there were four different menu options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if ever back in Fira.

A family run hotel that is situated in a quiet area of Fira, but only approx. a 10 minute walk from the main square,shops and cable car. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly as well. Good size pool and seating area. Excellent views to east of island. Scrupulously clean for COVID19 protection. Good and generous breakfast.

Nice hotel run by a family. Location is close to town, with a good view (although the view is not of the cliff ocean side). Good breakfast and nice pool. Hot tub is not hot though, so more a mini pool. (Only complaint is that we booked a shuttle and had another friend join us on the shuttle who was staying in a different hotel. Shuttle driver didn’t say anything, and then they charged us double to add one extra person, instead of the extra charge per person)

Hotel was charming. Staff was welcoming . Check in was easy. Transfer from airport was very reliable. Very good breakfast with pleasant service. Only drawback was the organizational space inside room. No drawer space even for minimum clothing. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised for a 3 star rating. Pool was beautiful as was terrace
