Staff is amazing
Staff is top notch they really care about customer service. The only complaint is the shower heads need to be cleaned more throughly. Gabriel, Boris and Georgia were all fantastic and will meet your ever need.

Wonderful hotel, just outside of Fira. Awesome staff who are very friendly and fun. Hot breakfast is very good, with the hot food selection changing every day. Great pool and patio to lounge and chill about during the day. Pretty quiet area too. Nice place to relax overall. Only caveat; it is a 15-20min walk (uphill) to reach the shops, restaurants, and bus in town. But this also makes it a relatively quiet place to stay out of the busyness. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Very old and in need of an update. The shower was broken and the whole bathroom floor gets wet when trying to take a shower.

The staff here was so kind I went on a trip with me & my best friend and they helped arrange everything for us when we needed it, Pavlos was great by the pool and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend to stay here for a trip with friends!

We stayed in four different hotels in this trip to greece. We pleasant experience in all of them except Milos Villa. The property is generally ok. It’s clean. Cold with very low water pressure in the shower. But, what made our stay miserable was the disrespectful and rude staff. We interacted with three different staff, two of them were very impolite. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent!!!
I was lucky enough to book the “windmill” for my stay! Comfortable, unique and good value. The staff was excellent as was breakfast. I definitely recommend!

The front desk gentleman Gabriel was extremely helpful and kind. He genuinely wanted to help you. His heart was in everything he does. The hotel is older but very easy to walk about if you are older or have health issues. If you want wine, Pamela os your gal. Cats are funny to watch. I am allergic but I jist watched from afar. I left one hotel that didnt make me feel safe and they checked me right in. I am still waiting on that refund...any whoooo!!! They go all out!!

Welcoming, clean and amazing views.
We had a lovely couple of nights here. Our room was lovely, the pool is so nice to sit by. Ideal location for us - just outside of fira (short walk of 10 minutes) so was quieter and more relaxed. Would definitely recommend. The staff were so welcoming and very accommodating. The food wasn't amazing but it was good enough for a couple of nights.

The hotel is a little outdated and the bathrooms are quite small. However, it was clean. The hotel's staff were both friendly and welcoming. They exhibited outstanding customer service. It was an overall good stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful with sightseeing ideas, area knowledge/history and transportation needs. Location is off the main road but a short walk to Fira and the bus station. Highly recommend ❤️

The room was very out dated and didnt feel clean as a result. We asked for a double bed yet we got two singles that looked almost like hospital beds. The bathroom was very old. However staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic one night stay at Milos Villas Hotel. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The half board food was exceptional. Great views of Fira (Thira) downtown. We hope to visit again in future and wools highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Milos Villas hotel. The food, the service, hospitality and staff, everything was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean.

The property itself needs a lot of updates. The property was kept very clean. It was fully booked and we perhaps got the very last room available which had twin beds and the WC was very very small and outdated. We initially thought about finding somewhere else to stay when we saw the room. But the staff was so nice that we would definitely stay here again when we visit Santorini.

Delicious food, nice location.
We booked a hotel room for 3 nights and chose the option with "half-board" meals. This option gave us a delicious daily breakfast buffet and an incredible 3-course dinner with amazing traditional Greek food. The dining room is at the highest floor of the hotel, and provides very nice views of the ocean and also of downtown Fira. The head cook, Spiros was very friendly and made delicious meals. At the end of our stay there, we left him a tip because of his delicious food and told him that this was a 3 star hotel with 5 star food. The hotel itself is in a slightly removed location from downtown Fira, which is nice because it is a quieter spot than the other hotel we stayed at which was right in town. We rented a car, but even our first walk to the hotel from the bus stop before we had the car was not very long. Without luggage, it's a very doable walk to and from the city. The rooms are a bit sparse, and not very modern, but the are clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but still good.

There were a few things at the hotel that could have been a little bit updated but overall we had a pleasant experience. Gabriel alone makes this resort so wonderful with his kindness and attentiveness. Thank you Gabriel for a great stay!

The location of the hotel was a close walk to Thera, about 10-15 minutes (up hill), which was great for dining and checking out the busy shopping streets. The pool area was nice, with a cool view of the city above. The staff were friendly and happy to give advice. The cleanliness was disappointing - sitting area had dirt on the couches and the main area smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was mediocre. Good yogurt but limited assortment. Our room was small but clean enough, although the towels and bedding did have stains on them. The closet smelt really bad and our safe was broken and couldn’t be replaced during our stay. The view from our balcony was pretty, looking at some homes and the water and was perfect for sitting with a glass of wine at night.

They were waiting for us and the room was as the pictures show. The desk manager Gabriel was awesome. Knew everything we asked and had great recommendations for our stay. The bar staff was great. Both made the trip better by talking to them. Great views and super quiet. We are so glad we booked away from the busy part of town. Excellent breakfasts every day. Coffee was excellent. Great place

Things that went wrong: 1) The hotel was probably overbooked, therefore we had to be accommodated at another hotel - separated from our family. 2) Our room sizes were extremely small. They were all single rooms, we had paid for 3 suites. 3) We had to change hotels mid-stay. We were only there for 2 nights. Had to unpack and repack several times. 4) We were asked to changes room mid-stay to accommodate other guests. 5) In short, we faced way too many inconveniences and were not satisfied at all with our stay or service provided.

Great staff, a little hard to find. There is another hotel called Milos as well, transfer driver mixed them up. Place is a little out of town, so great to walk around.

Beautiful place with great view and amazing food
About 15 minute walk to city centre. Beautiful view of the city from the hotel. Food was amazing! We bought half board option and this was the first time the dinner was not a buffet, the menu was set but everything was delicious. In comparison, the breakfast was just ordinary.

two weeks in Santorini
Perfect location. In the middle of everything and wonderful location. Staff is wonderful rooms are clean and has great views. parking is tight, but thats Santorini. My only complaint would be the room walls are thin, you can hear tv's on the next room and people in the hallways. I also might have been unlucky and got the loudest neighbors, they were actually pretty loud. Other then that wonderful loaction

A find in Fira
Lovely hotel 15 minutes from the caldera in Fira. Very friendly staff, beautiful pool, comfortable room. The walk to Fira was pleasant.

Nice hotel ****
Every things in santorini is expensive so if ur looking for something reasonable this place is it. Its not a palace but it's also not a dump. What we liked best about it was the location. It's not in the main strip where everything happens n gets crazy but it's also not far (rent a car to get around though). Also the staff were really friendly and nice. The beds were ok but the washroom have this weird odour the whole time.
