“Superb in every respect+++++++++++++++++”

Due to the information posted on Pantelia Suites website we had very high expectations for this week-long stay. After only one day, every one of our expectations had been exceeded!!!! The personal presentation we received upon arrival was wonderful. The hotel was quiet and secluded yet only a few steps from town, our room was perfect and with every amenity we could ever want plus a well-supplied kitchen and a huge bathroom and shower, the views from our private terrace were spectacular, the hot delicious and ample breakfast served to us every morning was a feast and also included fresh fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice. The three people who run Pantellia Suites are wonderful, caring, hard working, conscientious, efficient and genuinely friendly. We have travelled the world, but we have never stayed anywhere where we felt more welcome. We did not want to leave!!!!!!

“The Pantelier is the best!”

We have never been more happy with lodging! The staff at the Pantelia were routinely cheerful and welcoming. The suite -- spacious, luxurious, with a large and accommodating bath, large comfortable living area, and beautiful bedroom -- was literally created from caves in the cliffside. The refrigerator was well stocked and -- wonder of wonders! -- the items in the fridge were inexpensive, often less than what we would have paid in town. The balcony outside the suite was quiet and comfortable and provide a sweeping view of the caldera, with the volcano on Palaio Kameni directly across from us. The only sound in the morning was the tinkling of the donkey bells as they were readied for the day. The hotel is off the primary lanes, so you don't get a lot of crowd noise and no traffic at all. The staff were just wonderful. We ran into problems when our flight to Milos was cancelled, but the manager went out of his way to work with the airlines and the ferry services to get us transportation. He also called in some favors from friends of his to get us a night's lodging on Naxos when we had to detour in our trip to Milos. Stay at the Pantelia -- you won't regret it.

“INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!”

The Pantelia Suites experience was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! I am definitely a traveller with high expectations, having lived at high end hotels for 5 years of my life through work, and I tell you everything at this place was amazing. All the way from the front desk help, to the suites itself, the views, the food... it was all amazing! I would stay there again any day any time. The location was PERFECT!!! It really couldn't get any better because it was a 10 second walk away from the shops, and yet it was slightly hidden away from all the noise. We just loved it!

“Perfect Hotel for Greece”

Pantelia Suites is the ideal Greek vacation hotel.  It's like having an apartment in the cliffs! Your room patio has a beautiful view of the Caldera. There's a larger patio for all guests with the same view and a roof top patio with views of the Caldera and the town of Fira. You have to see the Fira view at night, the lights are amazing!!  The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. From the time we arrived, to planning excursions, serving us breakfast on our patio, and assisting us when departing. They were so nice and thoughtful. The location is perfect, in the town of Fira with restaurants, shopping, the cable cars and boat excursions. You can also walk down the hill to more shops and scooter/ATV rentals.  I loved Santorini and would stay here again and will recommend to my friends.   Note that the hotel is located at the top of a hill and the road sign shows no entry, however you can drive up it. If you have a rental car/scooter/ATV there's a parking lot at the top. If you arrive by taxi make sure they take you up the hill. It's really hard to pull your luggage up the cobblestones and taxis are allowed so insist that they drive up (ours did not, so it was frustrating to find out that it's allowed).

THE VIEW FROM THE HOTEL IS SUPERB AND YULY, THE ADMINSITRATOR IS JUST THE MOST FRIENDLY PERSON!!! ONE OF THE MOST ROMANTIC PLACES ON EARTH!!!

“Amazing”

This hotel is nothing short of amazing. When we arrived at 7am they were prepared and ready for us. The room was spotless in a not-so-spotless country. The view was remarkable and the accomodations were top notch. The breakfast served on our own deck each morning was superb. The staff is so friendly and accomodating. Our flight didnt depart until 8pm. The owner allowed us to store our bags, go to the beach, return and shower all after our check out. They want your experience to be ever-lasting and they achieved that for my girlfriend and I. Stay here, you will not regret it.
