Great staff and amazing food.Posted Oct 15, 2014
Pros: Food, staff, gym.
Cons: only what i have mentioned above.
Location: Santorini is a tiny island, so everything is close. Rent a Quad bike for the day and you can cover the whole island. quiet in Kamari.
Overall hotel is great. Only drawbacks is general location, as we went at end of season Kamari beach, was very quiet, so we spent alot of money getting taxi's to Fira. Food and staff were exceptional. I would say the food was the best on the island, you must have dinner there. Only drawback is that they dont offer complimentary snacks with drinks (like most restaurants/bars on the island). Rooms were lovely, but if i was being critical, i would say they were lacking a bit of character.

Lovely hotel with a great feel good factor.Posted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: The staff firstly but the whole ambience of the hotel was friendly. The restaurant food was really good and the entertainment evening excellent.
Cons: Just to be able to have hot showers in the evening. It seemed like the hot water ran out everyday at about 6pm.
Location: Great location close to the beach - 2 min walk - but far enough away to not get any noise.
The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful, polite, and full of information to make your holiday go better. Breakfasts were really good. Rooms lovely and airy. Lots of pool towels and excellent facilities.

Beautiful hotel grounds close to Kamari BeachPosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Liked that the hotel had several pools and lounging areas so you can choose how much privacy you want. Also, complimentary breakfast a big plus!
Location: Close to Kamari beach and lot of different restaurants. Easily accessible to the bus that takes you to Fira.
My mom and I arrived somewhat late after a long day of traveling and I was happy that I was able to schedule a transfer to pick us from the airport to the hotel at a nominal fee. The staff was very welcoming and we were excited to have our room upgraded to a suite. The following morning, I was able to walk to the beach (only 5 min away) to watch the sunrise. There is a bus right behind the property (be prepared to hail it down because it doesn't just stop and you might mistake it for a tour bus) that takes you to Fira, which is about 15 min away and 1,60 euro per person. From there you can catch other buses to Oia etc. There was a great complimentary breakfast that allowed us to start our day off right and save some money.

Good hotel, close to the beach, would go backPosted Aug 27, 2014
Promoted as a 5 star and much of it ticks the boxes. But gym poor and can't cope with more than 3 people. Rooms, especially bathroom need some better quality maintenance as quite shoddy in places and prone to flood. Yet staff great, location excellent both in terms of a transfer and for beach. Hire a car or get the bus to Oia - well worth the visit. Also try Kolumbous beach (combination of rustic/ run down) if you want to escape the crowds. Hotel lay out well thought out - you are not aware of how many people are there. Bit more variety at breakfast would be good. Would go back as location is great.

Awesome hotel. Perfect getaway.Posted Aug 15, 2014
This was one of the best experiences ever. Not only was the hotel amazing, but the staff was incredible. The hotel managers both day and night were so helpful. Fully knowlegable about all of Santorini and it's offerings. They quickly recommended places unique for us. We were so happy with our stay in the lovely suite overlooking the pool. We are already planning our next getaway back to kastelli resort.

AMAZING, A MUST STAY.Posted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
I travel absolutely all the time, and this is by far one of, if not the best, hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are not completely deadset on staying in Oia or Fira, then stay here in Kamari. The location is ideal and very family friendly. The hotel, staff, food and accommodations were absolutely amazing. It is a two minute walk to the beach and there's everything you could want within walking distance. Transportation is really easy and the staff had spot on recommendations for activities and restaurants. Our room was spotless, gorgeous and very inviting (we even had our own pool!). Staying here was worth every penny and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect.Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Friendliness of the staff. The pool. The food.
Cons: Some non-Greek wine or a cheaper cocktails.
Location: Kamari open air cinema. Wavesports in Perissa: jet ski safari around the island. Sea Kayak Santorini: friendly and fun.
I find it difficult to fault this hotel. We stayed as a couple in late June. The staff were friendly, attentive and made us some great restaurant reservations in Fira. The pool was the cleanest, clearest pool I've ever swam in. The food was excellent and priced about right for a hotel of this quality. The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable (new mattresses I think). I would have liked some non-Greek wine to be available (although this seems to be an issue across Santorini). I would definitely return and would absolutely recommend it!

Lovely hotel in centre of KamariPosted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and comfort
Cons: The 3 minute eggs were still too runny for me!!!
Location: Kamari is a great base with excellent restaurants and bars. We hired a car and toured the whole island. We also walked to Ancient Thera twice.
Although the hotel is in the centre of town, with no sea views, it was really quiet and well positioned for the beach, restaurants and easy access to the main road. We had a superior room, which had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on holiday! The hotel was lovely and clean everywhere, very well kept surroundings and the staff were friendly and polite, especially those serving breakfast! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
