Location: mall is next to the hotel
I travel to Brazil for business several times a year and wouldn't stay anywhere else while in Sao Paulo. The only thing missing is a "fidelidade" Loyalty card. Also to allow frequent guests to do a early check in or late check out at no charge. Overall I am very pleased with the hotel.

Very basic hotelPosted Jan 20, 2014
Pros: Massive bed
Cons: Buffet quite basic, all gym/spa area could be improved a lot
Very basic hotel, awful swimming pool where you have to walk through people having dinner before walking into the gym/spa area

Staff was very professional, the only reason they do not get the highest rating was I ran into a less than helpful bellman. This hotel is not good for business travelers, they have the same issue with bandwidth that so many hotels have who refuse to upgrade, the internet was extremely slow or unavailable entirely based on how many users were online-great speed early in the morning, middle of the afternoon, late at night, horrible from 5P to 10P. Rooms a bit dated, some rust and shower crude visible, but overall the room was functional and clean. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as a mall next door and a grocery store within a block.

Nice Hotel in Sao Paolo, BrazilPosted Aug 23, 2013
Pros: Location & WiFi
Cons: Clean the hallway carpets! Improve on meals in the buffet style restaurants. Quality and selection was not that great and often a bit dried up.
Location: Location is not bad for me, but keep in mind that Sao Paolo is a huge city. So check where you will be in relation to this hotel before you book.
Overall this is a very nice hotel. It is modern with good WiFi (included in the price) and in a fairly decent location on a main avenue. The hotel room itself is a decent size and generally very comfortable. My room came with a good sized work desk, small sofa and queen sized bed. Food was only fair to OK in the restaurant on the mezzanine. But breakfast was also included in the price making it a good value. The staff has been just great. Very helpful and most speak English fairly well. Across the street is a very large, multilevel shopping mall that you can easily walk to. They have everything most malls have including several cell phone companies for you to get a Brazilian SIM card for your international phone. The only negative I can think of is were that the hallway carpets were absolutely DISGUSTING! They were severely stained and looked like they have not been cleaned since the building was built. Fortunately the room carpets were just fine. But be aware that the International Airport is like a 45 minute drive away during average traffic. The domestic airport is about 20 minutes away.
Good location but dirty carpets.Posted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: Location and front desk
Cons: Cleanliness, room service, business center.
Location: Next to good mall, restaurants. Cabs available any time. Good parking services.
I stayed at this hotel several times as the location is very good and front desk staff very friendly. Was really disappointed this time as carpets were dirty, towels old, and had to call staff several times for soap, shampoo and even toilet paper.

an unpleasant experiencePosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very unpleasant laundry experience, with 2 of my dress shirts destroyed. And they took 4 days to solve this issue. The service in the hotel was always slow, nobody's responsible for anything, everybody makes you wait and advises to talk to smb else. Location is great, but thats only the advantage. Not planning to stay there again.

Very good hotelPosted Jul 23, 2013
Pros: Location, restaurant, room size.
Cons: As the only comment, shower space is a bit tiny, and the glass door open inwards, so it might be dificult for a large person.
I've used this hotel during a short business trip and everything went great. Location is excellent, right by Ibirapuera Shopping Mall, great breakfast and facilities and nice and confortble room. Besides the proximity to Congonhas airport, noise is not a problem there.

Not the best option for the international guestPosted May 28, 2013
Pros: location and Lobby
Cons: room and room access
Brazil hotels are expensive and this was not the exception. Great location and impressive lobby, but that it. Check in process was slow, lobby bar service slow and limited in options and room access (elevators) was awkward. in the room floor, the lighting was deficient and even though using motion activation sensors to activate it was very dark and a bit scary for the newby travellers or women traveling alone. The room was dark, outdated and with a not very comfortable bed. phone in the bathroom was loose from the wall and inside cables and concrete noticeable. Just an ok hotel in Sao Paulo
