サンパウロ市内において比較的安全なパウリスタ通りから徒歩圏内のホテル

Pros: 24時間、ルームサービスが利用できること。
Cons: frigobar(minibar)にビール(cerveja)を置いて欲しい。 また、連泊の場合は、毎日frigobarの品物の補充をして欲しい。
Location: 地下鉄brigadeiroから徒歩7分くらいでした。 パウリスタ通りに近く、レストランなどもたくさんあるようでした。 パウリスタ通りには、病院、美術館、本屋、bar、靴・バッグ屋さんなどたくさんありました。
地下鉄「Brigadeiro」駅から徒歩圏内なので、悪い立地ではなかった。 ホテルの方は、英語が不得意な方もいましたが、とても感じが良かったです。 私も知識不足でしたが、wifiを使うのにパスワードを教えていただくことを知らず、せっかくホテルにいたのにwifiを使えませんでした。 チェックインの時に、パスワードを教えていただけると、ありがたいです。 総合的には、とても居心地が良かったです。 またサンパウロに行く機会がありましたら、利用したいホテルの候補です。 ありがとうございました。

Front desk personnel rude, unfriendly not helpful.

Cons: Educate front desk in customer service. Teach them English or Spanish. Do not have them say yes or no when they do not understand the question.
Personnel reacted very supportive when I brought up an internet issue. Personnel was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. Most disturbingly the person was rude to us and turned their back on us and refused to talk to us. Reported the lack of customer service issue to the general manager immediately following the incident. Have not heard from the general manager yet. We have since left the hotel. No resolution provided. Very disappointing. Be aware!
