Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Majority of my meetings were in or near Pinheiros, making this hotel location very convenient. I would stay here again.

Average hotel, average service, good locationPosted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is fine, but nothing is worth mentioning as outstanding. The breakfast was particularly average - I honestly don't think I could taste anything. The rooms are large with small bathrooms and they do not provide any complimentart water, but there is a supermarket around the corner. Nice neighbourhood and the staff were friendly enough, but you definitely have to smile first to get one back. I stayed at the mecure around the corner last time I visited SP and would probably choose this one over it. Useless gym.

Satisfactory not specialPosted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Irons in rooms. Face towels, Kleenex, cleaner bathrooms, housekeeping inconsistent, i.e. partially made or roughly made beds.
Location: About a 10-15 minute walk from the main shops and restaurants on Oscar Freire
Recommend as a decent place to sleep and have breakfast

new clean hotel near Jardims and Avenida PaulistaiPosted Jun 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is relatively new, offering a rooftop outdoor pool, free breakfast and simple restaurant (no cocktail lounge). Situated 5 blocks from the Jardims Paulista upscale shopping and restaurant district and from Avenida Paulista. The surrounding neighborhood itself is a little run down and offers little except for the Clinicas hospital. This hotel is affordable and confortable. I have stayed there several times and service is consistently good.

Ups and DownsPosted Jan 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
First, the location of the hotel is not bad. While the hotel is on the upper part of Rua Oscar Freire, and thus not on the "trendy" section, it is only a 5-7 minute walk to there, and more importantly, to the nearest Metro station. We did not feel the location was a problem, especially because there is a grocery store and a few eating establishments very close by. Also, we felt very safe in the immediate neighborhood. Second, the hotel service is overall good, but can be a problem at times. Our first room was nice and had a balcony, but the door stopped working soon after we arrived. This forced us to change rooms, one floor up but no balcony. No big deal, except that night the bathroom started flooding from under the toilet. This forces us to switch rooms again, and the front desk manager apologized to us and told us she would upgrade us. Although we were "upgraded" to the next room level up, I am not clear at all what that means. Besides a higher floor, the room was the same exact size. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff does a good job of making sure foods are restocked. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if it was right for you, but there are other hotels I am sure that provide equal or better service.

Decend place to stay in Sao Paulo, BrazilPosted Dec 6, 2012
This was a comfortable hotel and breakfast was alright. The hotel seemed secure and safe and elevator required a room card to access floor. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers who need clean comfortable accommodations. Not a luxurious hotel but suitable for a week’s stay. Restaurant was good (only ate one meal there).

Nice hotelPosted Oct 5, 2012
Julia behind reception was wonderful and always helpful. Laundry service was a little slow as was trying to get a coffee to your room. Pool area was neglected (rooftop) Everything else was lovely.
