Ja fiquei hospedada varias vezes no hotel pela localização e pelo serviço. Tive problema com um vizinho barulhento durante a noite. Fui muito bem atendida pelo recepcionista da madrugada que resolveu rapidamente a situação. Todos estão de parabens pela qualidade do serviço. Voltarei muitas vezes e recomendo!

The Hotel needs updates, rooms are old with terrible smell. Bathtubs very very old. Front desk not helpful and with bad attitude. Vallet ok.

The room interior and other facilities are quite outdated. The official picture overstate the condition.Staff is friendly. Good location in the Brooklin neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is always the same and lacks variety. Overall fair value for the price.

Total is fine, but they forget to clean my room for one night. and when I came back in night, they couldn’t do it, coz the cleaning lady is gone. And I didn’t have new towels

I stayed for 7 nights. The room was big, apartment style with a separate room with living area. It had a small balcony. Furniture is old but in good condition.

Nothing special. Room was old and had a funny smell. Staff not that friendly. Gym and pool areas might need to be renovated. Breakfast was regular. Only outstanding thing was wifi (always good signal)

Stay was good but the hotel charged an extra 100 brazilean reals claiming its an extra fee for cleaning the room. First time this kind of an experience in decades of business travel.

Excellent stay, all things considered.
My only hesitancies are two fold. First, the hotel is close to the Sao Paulo city airport...NOT the international airport. This should be noted more conspicuously as I became misled. To my surprise (at a very inconvenient time) that I simply could not take the hotel shuttle from GRU to the hotel...at all! Second, as I commented on the hotel's survey card, my only other suggestion is that no one come and knock on our door to check the status of our mini-fridge to be replenished. Privacy was our goal and instead, I would recommend that the hotel call instead of just showing up as they did each day. Thank you

It's very difficult to find accommodation in Brooklin Novo area. The price is fair, the staff is super kind, but the rooms are not good enough for a business trip. For a short leisure stay could be fine.

You get what you pay for...
This was the only hotel that had rooms available for my stay in Sao Paulo... And now I understand why. It's definitely not a 3 1/2 star hotel... more like a 2 star. Even though people were friendly, they were not very helpful. Internet is not included but the provide a free access that is super slow (128kbps). Breakfasts are very good. The room is small and the twin beds that I had were super uncomfortable. the TV is very small and only has Portuguese channels plus CNN. I would not stay again at this hotel if I have the choice... Hilton is near and MUCH better.

Overpriced needs to renovate, friendly staff and good breakfast
When I travel for business to Sao Paulo, I normally stay at the WTC Sheraton because of my starwood status. I could not find anything else during the November 10-19 timeframe, so I found the Estanplaza Nacoes Unidas for what I thought was a decent rate. The hotel has good friendly staff, but it is very outdated and needs to be renovated. I really needed to have access to the internet, but their system is slow and complicated for business traveller becasue you need to buy time slots in 2, 8, 24 hour intervals which is ridiculous. They need to make internet service better and more simple to purchase. I would stay at this place again only if I were to get a significantly cheaper rate. Not the best location if you are doing business in Sao Paulo.

Não sei se foi por conta do final de ano, mas o serviço de quarto foi lastimável (cheguei a pedir sabonete e papel higiênico). A limpeza do quarto de um dia também foi sofrível, não limpavam a pia (os sabonetes usados ficavam derretendo pq não tinha saboneteira), os respingos no espelho, não limparam o lixinho do banheiro, usamos copos na noite do dia 24 e eles continuavam dentro da pia da copa hj. O café foi a la carte, o rapaz tinha boa vontade mas, claramente, não tinha experiência. Enfim, foi preço normal por serviço bem fraco. O hotel está precisando urgente de uma reforma, só tem ar cond no quarto, na salinha não, os metais estão gastos, inclusive a banheira (o chuveiro é dentro da naheira) tem marcas do tempo.

Diferenciais: chuveiro nota 1000, estação de trabalho e saleta separados do quarto, qto a estrutura. Já quanto ao atendimento, a equipe extrapola em gentilezas as mais variadas. No café da manhã, otimas demonstraçoes de carinho com os hóspedes tipo manter cheias as nossas xolicaras de cafe ou oferecer nas mesas rosquinhas quentes antes de colocarem no bufê. Excepcional!!!

O cheiro q colocam na recepção é Horrível, da um enjoo e dor de cabeça. O quarto é Velho e antigo, carpete. Quem tem rinite , sinusite , não vá. O quarto bem antigo, na verdade o hotel é.Para tomar banho vc tem q entrar numa banheira velha, q da nojo. Então pessoas com necessidades especiais ou idosos com difícil locomoção não conseguem, pq tem q subir na banheira. O café da manhã básico, ruim . Pedi um suco de laranja natural, iriam me cobrar, até omelete acho q cobravam.ainda bem q não pedi. Eu pretendo não me hospedar nunca mais. Detalhe a limpeza do quarto (principalmente do banheiro deixam a desejar).
