Good for short business stayPosted Dec 5, 2013
Pros: The staff are excellent!!!
Cons: Rooms could use a happier colour scheme. They feel dated. Sound proofing next to the elevator would also help.
Location: Great location. Near shops, restaurants, bars. Walking distance to Paulista Avenue and metro but still in a quiet street.
Other reviews praise the staff and the breakfast. Staff are excellent! Breakfast is good and comparable with most hotels in Sao Paulo that are in the same range. The rooms are small and feel a little dated. This was my 7th hotel in Sao Paulo in the last 2 years and surprisingly came out to be the most expensive. Again, staff were the best out of those 7 but the rooms would be in the bottom half of my list. If you need a lot of hotel staff support, this hotel is for you. Loud guests knocking on doors in the middle of the night and poor sound insulation, especially near the elevator were not nice at all.

Excellent, helpful staffPosted Oct 11, 2013
Where they found these people, I don't know, but they sure didn't work for another SP hotel before. They were extraordinarily helpful. And the breakfast was better than most all other SP hotels of this category.

good location but overpricedPosted Sep 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
moderately professional staff, nice but providing "lip service". There is a sort of café area in front of the dining room, but poorly lit, seems to discourage anyone to sit there. Nobody seems to care if customers are really finding what they want. Internet connection slow, and you have to pay. Overall completely overpriced. Attempts to be a boutique hotel, but a long way to go.

Nice hotel. Great location.Posted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location - two blocks from Avenue Paulista and metro (Trianon MASP station). But on a quieter street so street noise wasnt an issue. Walking distance from restaurants, pharmacy etc. Room was good sized (for the location) and nice. Very functional gym and sauna. Breakfast was good and the outside seating is nice. Friendly staff.

Convenient to Aveninda PaulistaPosted May 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice hotel at an inexpensive price-point. The neighborhood is upscale and pleasant, and the service was very good. The room was clean and perfectly acceptable for a business traveler. The real stand-out however was the breakfast--one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in Brazil, which was included in the price of the room.

Good hotel and a great experiencePosted Mar 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our 3 nights stay in this hotel was enjoyable. The mini suite is spacious with modern decorated furniture. Felt cozy and comfortable. The service was top notch and they made every possible attempt to answer to our needs. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty. Most importantly, the hotel is located in the center of town next to Avenida Paulista, within walking distance to the metro and the art museum.
Great service, room, breakfast, locationPosted Dec 18, 2012 on Hotels.com
I stayed at this hotel for two nights on business. I found the staff to be helpful, the rooms clean, and the breakfast fantastic. The workout center was a little small with old machines, but the treadmill worked, so no complaints here. The location was great, as you can walk out the door and be on the subway in 15 minutes, and as a single woman, I felt fine walking alone during the day or night.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Sao PauloPosted Oct 16, 2012
Pros: The staff.
Cons: Slow complimentary internet speed
Location: Excellent location.
This hotel was excellent. The staff - very eager to help you in any way. Breakfast setting - very nice, outside in a tropical setting. I would stay here again. My first stay in Sao Paulo and honestly, would not try another. It was that good. Only downside, if you consider it a downside, internet speed was slow but it was complimentary! Jardins area (where hotel is located) - excellent. Much around.
