“Good value”

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room size is large with a work desk, sitting area, small refrigerator & kitchen facilities are a bonus.

“Superb Hotel for the price!”

After reading the other review I had prepared myself for a room that was a bit rundown on the contrary my room was excellent and very modern. I had a flat screen tv and the wifi worked well in fact it said 128 mb free but I used it all the time with skype etc and was never charged anything. The pool was nice and breakfast was superb! The area is excellent for eating but a bit pricey however if you are on a budget there is a nice mall with a food court just two blocks away. There are no bars or pubs in the area but all entertainment is just a short cab ride away. Lastly it may seem obvious to some but the hotel pushes you towards its luxuary taxis just use the white cabs from the street and you will pay half of what it costs in the others for the same ride! Korean Air and Air Italia use this hotel for flight crews so that lets you know it is of good quality.

Everything was beautiful. The breakfast was nice - I liked that they had someone there cooking the omelettes. Very beautiful decor for Christmas. It was nice that the desk clerk spoke good English. It would have been nicer if the pool got more direct sunshine during the day. It was a little cool when we were there and the promise of no sunshine directly on us when we would have got out of the pool kept us from getting in. Clean rooms. Nicely stocked mini-bar. Wish there were rooms with two queen beds. I had to book two separate rooms for four people when we would have been happy putting two of us in each queen if they had them. Loved having free parking for my rental car.

Decor is not amazing, but the breakfasts are excellent! Totally worth it for them, as well as the gym and pool. Good location.

“Good location and service”

The hotel is very well located in the financial district of Sao Paulo and a short cab ride away from the main shopping areas. Everything is very good for this hotel (lobby, service, food) but I would not give them a very good rating on the rooms. I stayed at one of the superior rooms and the furnishing needs replacing, the TV is very old and bathrooms are very small. At least rooms are clean. If you need a hotel with good location and service, where you will not be spending much time inside the room, this is a great choice for the price you pay.

“Proceed with caution”

The room was not good somewhat sparse..overlooking the atrium ..noisy piano player in the evening . The gym was not bad ..good free weights...rest of aerobic machines very old. For the price I was expecting more . The TV in the room was old ,and placement odd, right by your bedside!! Service generally slow, slow to pick up phones etc. The cafe downstairs served good coffee but nothing in room. The location is somewhat far from te main business areas in Sao Paolo. Which adds another 30-35 reas in taxi each way plus somewhat inconvenioent for evenings out. Generally ok experience but not highly recommended.
