It is better than expected. Very large rooms with all modern amenities. Service very nice. Staff behavior very good and warm. I will definitely go back.

I stayed in the hotel to attend Eltrolar show. It is a good option because it is just next to it.
The hotel property is big what is a good feeling in such a big city. Nice decorated and facilities are in good conditions.

Not 5 stars anymore
I stayed at this hotel for 8+ years during the Expo Revestir, the location is the best. Very disappointed that Hotel Transamerica Sao Paulo is no longer a 5 star hotel. The a la carte restaurant was closed, only the overprice buffet was open serving a lot of rice dishes, not a lot of meat. Room service forgot to bring the beer with the food by the time they brought it to the room I had finish eating. Overprice Water bottle 8 oz cost $4 USD. Do not drink tap water you will get the worse stomach virus, like we all did. Wi-Fi works ON and OFF.

The staff was great and spoke English. This is very helpful since I'm an American that's does not speak portugese. I felt safe, and everything was clean
Exceptional service, food, landscaping/grounds, fitness center, and pool! The staff members in the executive suite were so very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Close to the Transamerica Expo Center far from everything else.

great hotel if you are attending a convention at the transexpo. the service is in general very good. I loved the breakfast buffet in the morning. the only problem are the room doors which do not insulate at all from the noise in the aisle. if the hotel would upgrade the doors, then it would be spotless.

Went to Sao Paulo for Expo Revestir, this is the closest hotel to the Convention Center. Very nice, you have plenty selection to eat at the hotel restaurants or simply stay in your room and ask for room service.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Hotel location is isolated. No restaurant or stores within walking distance.
Not quite 5 stars but still nice. Super clean.
On site restaurant very good.

This is a very nice hotel for a short stay and it is right across the street from the Transamerica Convention Center, which is actually quicker to walk to than to drive to.
The hotel was clean and had all the amenities that a person could ask for.

I really liked the hotel, I enjoyed some of the facilities and the location was very convenient as my client was in "Centro Empresarial Sao Paulo" - just a 5-10 minutes drive. The only issue was that my room, even it was spotless clean, the furniture and decoration was very outdated... Now, the amenities, the staff and the breakfast were amazing.

Incrível hotel, ótima experiência. Primeira vez que fiquei. Já tinha ouvido falar muito bem e superou todas as minhas expectativas. Hotel com estrutura clássica mas que se adaptou à todas as modernidades. Inclusive, no Transamerica tem o que não tem na maioria dos hotéis: tem lista com todos os canais disponíveis da tv. Não há necessidade de ficar só trocando de canal e as opções são praticamente todas as que tem disponiveis. O único detalhe pra ficar perfeito que falta é colocarem acesso aos maiores serviços de streaming. Café da manhã espetacular, muito gostoso mesmo. E no serviço de quarto e demais detalhes do restaurante amei o pudim de leite condensado tão famoso do hotel. Recomendadíssimo.

Corredor dos quartos com forte cheiro de mofo. Colchão velho que vc afunda no meio dele.

Muito acolhedor como sempre, se tenho um comentário negativo, é sobre a temperatura da água da piscina, é o terceiro ano consecutivo que passo o reveillon neste hotel e este ano a água estava praticamente sem aquecimento nenhum, mas somente esta colocação.
