A good place to stay with a fair price.Posted Jan 21, 2013
Pros: Room size and cleanness
Cons: Narrow beds
Location: Good location, with many services arround
Hotel is well located, rooms are very clean and confortable, beds are a little narrow (this is common in Brazil unless you go to a 5 star). Room is actually an small apartment with areas that can de sapareted by closing sliding doors. Breakfast is not the best one, but OK for the price. Surrounding area has many restaurants, a shopping mall in a walking distance and easy access from main avenues arround. Very good for the price.

Just a 3 star hotelPosted Nov 2, 2011 on Hotels.com
Compared to other hotels in the same area Address is not your best option. Unless the price is at least half of others I wouldn't stay there again. This is an early 1990's building with no renovation so far. It is OK for a 3 star hotel.

Good price, nice valuePosted Jul 26, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel was much cheaper than some of the larger "chain" hotels in the city, but I was surprised at how big the rooms were. In fact the rooms were suites, with nice views and a balcony. Only real issues were the bathrooms, which were very small. Also the hotel is undergoing some renovation, so be prepared to put up with temporary inconveniences. For instance the hot water did not work when I checked in, but it was fixed later in the day. Overall not bad, the staff is nice, and it's in a good location too.

Lacking good servicePosted Dec 23, 2010
The service lacked a little bit, with not so friendly faces responsible for room service, and every other day the lady cleaning the room would firget to leave any towels
