Numb

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Cons: Have a coffee pot in rm.
I actually can't recall anything specific. It was about the tenth place I'd stayed the last four weeks. Was dying for cup of coffee and there was no coffee maker. First place I'd been without a coffee maker. Seemed strange for Brazil to be the one place without. Otherwise all was fine. Quiet and comfortable, friendly staff, clean etc. miserable traffic to and from airport, not hotels faultAnd I'd bring some instant coffee next time. .

Good place to rest on long layovers at GRU airport

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: Having a pool, steamroom, sauna and exercise room was a nice way to spend six hours instead of sitting in the airport.
The hotel is clean and close to GRU airport. There is a shuttle bus every hour, although I did not know from the website where to pick up the shuttle at the airport.

The hotel is nice given the fact that is an airport hotel in Guarulhos. But the breakfast is not good.

Close the GRU Airport. If you take the hotel bus expect at least 30 minutes to get to the airport.

That´s not a Mercury hotel. Close to the Airport.

Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: That´s definitely not a Mercure one. I used to live in a Mercure for one year and I know what I am saying.
Cons: Sure it could be done.
Location: Location is close to airport.
No food after 10pm. In two times I had problems with the shuttle, with the front desk, with room smelling Tobacco and with the checkout. Too much to me.

A very simple setup, it serves its purpose well. The hotel staff can speak english well for those who do not know portugese. They are willing to help you out no problem. Just dont expect a 5 star stay. Even the area is a good place to see the culture.

Simple, well valued close to airport accomodation

Posted Mar 11, 2014
Pros: Service
Cons: Nothing for the price we paid.
Location: Close to the airport
Very good value, simple airport accomodation. Staff where friendly, professional and spoke english very well. Nothing was too difficult for them and room service turnaround times where one of the best we have experienced. Simple dinner was ordered and recieved within 15 mins. Location is about 10 mins from the airport, although this was at 5.00am with little of the notorious Sao Paulo traffic jams. I would definately stay again.
