“Met my one-night stay need”

Pestana hotel has a very good reputation in Caracas, that is how I ended up making this reservation, other hotels in the Morumbi area were either sold out or over 300 dollars per night.

“Good location and friendly Staff”

The hotel is an old one but the room was very clean and the staff very friendly.The location is good and the area is a secure one.

“bad experience”

the service was bad. to get help, or ask a question, it took over 10 min. only 1 rep at front desk. check out was just as bad. very rude except 1 guy Alex. he was helpful.

villa olympia. better hotels and friendly people. a bit more expensive though. its well worth it.

“Very hospitable and great staff.”

Very conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Taxi stop out front and small bar area with restaurant in lobby that is very good.

“Goood..”

Even we have stayed in 3days.. It was wonderful.. But there is only a disadvantage.. the hotel is not closed from downtown. except locations, most of service was great.

If you wanna have nice dinner, you should ask receptionist.. they know many nice restaurants.. especially.. churrascos and Brasilian traditional buffet..
