From the moment I got out of the car and was welcomed so sincerely, I felt like this could be a 2nd home. EVERY employee was capably helpful and that is saying something in todays customer service field. Great restaurant, with an amazing Breakfast is offered as well. As for the room, it was more than adequate, very comfortable. The bed provided a sound sleep and the sunken chairs are a little hard to get out of for the over 55 crowd. The location is fine with easy access to many points of interest. Again, the service here rivaled that of the Marriott or Ritz Carlton. The team here did a great job of welcoming my family for my son's wedding. Thank you Pullman.

Amazing bed, super comfy. Staff were simply the best. Small wardrobe - not enough hangers AT ALL. Great breakfast. Cleaning not so good - rooms need some upgrade - talking about shower specially. Shower was actually terrible. Toiletries good quality. Internet was good. Bathroom in general needs to be looked after. I would have given a bold 9 if it were not for the bathroom. Overall, good. Extremely comfortable stay, very clean hotel, comfortable bed, very good internet, fantastic breakfast including vegetarian options, excellent customer service. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. The spa and gym we're a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Good but not worth the price.
Two out of three days without air conditioning. They will reimburse these days but as it was during new year, it was really disappointing. The breakfast service have many options but if you order something you will be waiting longgg and will probably have to order more than one time to get it.

I know that I can always count on a relaxing stay when at the Pullman Ibirapuera. The Pullman Ibirapuera has the best bellman in the business he is fantastic as always. His name starts with the letter A i am not sure of the correct spelling of his name so I just say he is the best. The breakfast spread and service is also fantastic as the rest of the hotel.

All is very good, did not find anything I did not like. I stayed in two different occasions within ten days. The only difference is that the second stay the room 876 had carpeting that can stand a little cleaning. My guess is that room has not been remodeled cause the first room I stayed in had no carpet on the floor. Nevertheless I'm talking about a minor issue cause overall the Pullman is excellent.

Been several times and this one was as good as all the others. Good gym (very small pool), excellent breakfast and reasonable rooms. Great restaurant (although expensive). Staff very friendly, including my favourite: "el Capitao", a gentleman!

Best Bell captain I have ever met in my 30 years of business travel. Very nice hotel good location, safe to walk and good eats, walkable to the Paulista and very close two blocks away from the Ibirapuera park.

This hotel should be much better, but on the 3 days I stayed there, 2 of the 3 elevators were not working, causing long waits by guests in the lobby. Nobody on staff seemed empowered to do anything about it, nor did any repair service show up. Also, I found the car/security personnel in front of the hotel to be unnecessarily surly toward guests. Otherwise it's a nice place, but they are no longer managing the property suitably.

Let us inform you that due to bad weather, there have been repeated power outages in the hotel area, which has caused damage to the system and some parts of the elevators, damaging service as a whole. We assure that our team immediately and relentlessly contacted the company responsible for maintaining the system, requiring urgent service. We know that this issue is directly linked to the safety of our guests and, for the lifts to be released for use, they must be in perfect working order. Anyway, we guarantee that our team did everything possible to better serve everyone and that our utmost concern will always be your comfort and satisfaction. Managers are working on necessary corrective measures, together with the company responsible, so that situations like this do not recur. Furthermore, please feel free to share more information about the security personnel's attitude so we can work on corrective measures. A bustling hotel that I visited for 1 night. Not too far from a nice park that includes the Bienal and Modern Art museums. Also, very nearby are a number of different restaurants including an excellent beer bar.

We had a great stay whilst visiting family/friends in SP. The friendly and attentive staff; the breakfast and the gym/spa facilities were all top-notch. We had a slight problem with our room on arrival (flooded the bathroom - an accident!) and the staff were great in finding us an alternative room very quickly. I don't usually post comments on hotels on Expedia, but this really was a fantastic staff and I recommend this place for business and leisure travellers alike.

my new place to stay in Sao Paolo
This was an excellent hotel in a great location. Breakfast was amazing and the staff at the reception were very welcoming. I stayed in another more upscale hotel before in Sao Paolo but this one is way superior in terms making me feel like home. The spa was very good as well and Accor members have a 10% discount. Definitely, this is my new place to stay in Sao Paolo.
