Disappointing
It took the shuttle almost 1 hour to pick us up at the airport. We had to call the hotel twice. Ot was past midnight when we finally got to the hotel. As soon as we laid down on the bed, we saw a hole, the size of a coin, in the bedsheets. We immediately called the front desk saying what we saw and adding we didn't want to switch rooms because it was 1 in the morning and we were very tired. However, we expected them to send us some new sheets. We wished... What about the whereabouts? Saturday night is a really bad night to stay there because there is a bar/dance club which was really loud and we had a hard time trying to relax after over 24 hours of flying. Quite disappointing!

Very good location, walk to the park and lots of restaurants in the area, supermarket and rent a car right in front.The room needs some updates but is okay, very clean, people in the restaurant are very polite, clean and helpful.

Good airport shuttle service and close to shops
It was a great place to stay with hourly shuttles to airport. The buffet breakfast was good. The room was great. Only thing that I didn't like was the design of the shower doors which made it hard getting into the shower and closing the glass door. (My best solution was to enter the shower and keep slight pressure on the door so that it didn't close.

I missed a flight and stayed here just to get some hours of sleep. The pillows are awful, really hard and bulky. Intenet is really poor, you need to go down to the lobby to get good connection. Their upside is their free shuttle bus to the hotel and backk to the airport,

Terrible in every aspects. I stayed in the hotel on a night stopover in Gruarulhos International Airport. The hotel is just about 5 meters (18 to 20 feet) from a heavily traveled road. This means if your room is located on the side facing the road (even numbered rooms overlook the road), forget any quiet time or sleeping at night. I was assigned one of these rooms on the third floor. The facility is old and not well-maintained, nor cleaned. Bath towels were discolored and no face towel in the suite. My worst experience was with the valet service. When I was about to check out, I requested that the valet attendant get my car. He told me to get the key to my car from the front desk. After checking out, I asked the front desk for the key, the individual told me to get it from the valet attendant. I went back to the valet attendant and he told me that I should get my key and car from the garage in the basement. When I got to the basement, I couldn't locate my car or where the keys are kept. The night valet attendant parked the car when I checked in the previous day. I had to go back upstairs and get the attendant. He came downstairs to show me where the car keys are kept (in an unlocked box) and where my car is. A motorcycle was parked in front of my car. The attendant had to return upstairs to get the owner/driver of the motorcycle, who happens to be the hotel manager on duty. I paid extra for the parking/valet services!!!

Its an old hotel building. Clean enough. Some of the front desk staff were not so friendly. 1 or 2 front desk staff spoke enlgish. One tv channel in english CNN International. The free breakfast was good. The airport shuttle can take awhile to pick you up from the airport. I had to catch a taxi to the hotel.

Surprised because it was cheap.
I was surprised at how clean and comfortable it was, considering the price. The shower was really nice. The bed was comfortable - no saggy mattress here. I was super glad for the air conditioning. The food from the restaurant was delicious and classy. The staff was extremely helpful. I was an english speaking American, in a Portuguese speaking county. But they kept working with me till we communicated everything. That includes the free shuttle to and from the airport! Thanks so much!

The hotel is about 10 minutes driving from the international airport, with free shuttle. It is very convenient. The restaurant is clean and they serve simple but well prepared food. The breakfast is included in the price and it is reasonable. Good option for one night stay due to long connecting flights.

Ok for one night
This hotel is located in Guarulhos, 20 minutes from the GRU airport. The rooms are very old but clean, very noisy and the bed wasn't too comfortable. My big issue was the breakfast area that was in the little restaurant. They were cooking soup aspnd the smell was unbearable early in the morning.

The shuttle for pickup at the airport does not come every hour, which is inconvenient. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cold given an open window in the hall outside that couldn't be closed and it was very loud outside, though likely due to the World Cup. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

This was a conveniently located hotel due to its location near the airport and I booked it because it had average reviews and a hotel shuttle. The staff was friendly. They spoke very little English but we were able to communicate fine. They were helpful. Buffet breakfast is nice, lots of great fruit. Room was smallish and simple and clean. Nothing fancy about it but it was a reasonable price, good location for me and I needed a ride to & from the airport that they were able to provide complementary.

Great stay near GRU
The hotel was nice enough and clean. The internet worked great. There is a nice park just a couple blocks away for jogging. They had a free breakfast and free shuttle to GRU (leaves once every hour on the half hour, 9:30,10:30,etc...) I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay near GRU the night before a flight.

Not much to write home about. Basic hotel, comfortable bed with clean sheets, soap and shampoo. We booked this as we thought it was close to the airport but it seemed to take forever to get to the hotel 15 minutes at least and that was late at night. Check in was quick and efficient and the staff spoke English. Breakfast was quite good. You needed to book the return drop off at the airport with the reception the night before to ensure there is a place for you. The hotel seemed a lot smaller than the pictures on the website and at first I thought we had been dropped off at the wrong place. Okay for one night.

Great place to stay for airport purposes
I stayed here because I arrived in GRU late and had a flight out early the next morning. The shuttle is a van that is very comfortable and spacious enough for a lot of luggage. It comes about every hour on the hour. All hotel shuttles come to the same location at GRU, it's a location outside of terminal two and you have to go to the middle/median section of the road where all the buses are and you can see signs for hotel shuttles only. However, we just asked the information desk at GRU and they pointed us in the right direction and it was no problem. It has a restaurant in the lobby area. I only had fries(fritas/chips depending on where you're from) late at night there and they were good. The room is simple but has a shower with nice, hot water and overall had a very clean feeling. The lights/power require your room key to be put in a slot which means you can't charge devices like laptops/phones when you're not in the room. The outlets allow for 2 prong US plugs to be used without an adapter. If you have a 3 prong you'll need an adaptor though The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour on the half hour (hence being at the airport every hour on the hour) and takes between 10 and 25 minutes to get to the airport. I left at 5:30 am and it took about 10 minutes, but the night before during heavier traffic it took about 20 minutes. The cab ride to/from the airport would have been fairly expensive without the shuttle, so the shuttle is a huge plus!

The hotel is not very close to the airport. Shuttle bus is going every hour and forces you to leave too early for the flidht. Very noisy surrounding - pubs working with very loud music all night!

I did not like this hotel. i waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. they had no lights in the reception when i arrived, the restaurant was closed, and there is only a few fast food type restaurants around. they did not want to help me with my luggage in the morning and overcharged me for water and gatorade. The room was clean enough, but they were not helpful, or that nice. I also speak enough portuguese but dont know how someone who speaks only english will be able to communicate. Worst, I was sick when I arrived and had to go out in the rain to find food. I travel alot and dont complain often but this was overall not the best experience.

Not hot or cold just luke warm!
This room was comfortable and to an extent clean. It is close to the airport GRU and my wife and I stayed there for about 8 hours while we waited for our connecting flight. The staff was friendly but the could not speak English - the food was eatable but not great. So our stay was mediocre - our impression was neither cold (negative) nor hot (excited) but luke warm (mediocre).

Poor "Layover" hotel - NOT conducive to sleep!
I felt like I was sleeping on the runway! Noisy - sandwiched between two busy roads. Small dorm room style single beds that were extremely uncomfortable. Absolutely not worth the money saved! I read reviews on Trip Advisor and Expedia before booking, but those reviews were not accurate. If you value comfort, quiet and sleep, this is NOT the layover hotel for you!
