the hotel staff was not polite. they would not tell you the tourist places of sao paulo

Negative: Bad experience Positive: well located. The service is bad, the food (restaurant and room service) is terrible, the TV is minimum, very difficult to watch anything! Gym is a miniature...

Good location, expensive for type of hotel

The hotel is well located in the Itaim neighborhood. However the price is high for what the hotel offers: there is an odd smell in the corridors (but not in the room), there was no water in the gym, which is small anyway. Room was Ok.

Hotel in ITAIM close to great shops

Pros: I liked the location, cleaners and friendly staff
Cons: Kitchen, food could definitely be better
Good location close to most places I needed to go especially because there are churches within walking distance Haven't explored all the area therefore can't really tell more

Walking distance to various restaurants

Pros: Strong a/c, proximity to shopping mall, restaurants, shops, etc.
Cons: Change out the carpet and refill coffee/tea bags, toiletries in the room. Hotel crew didn't replenish during the 4 days stay there.
Location: Relatively safe but was warned by hotel staffs not to walk outside past 10pm.
Friendly staffs but only has a couple English speaking tv channels. Asked to rent a business meeting room for one hour including projector. After several hours of checking & waiting, was finally quoted with US$350 for the room and $100 for the projector - I was outrageous by it.

Room service was just awful. The food was bad and it took 3 calls to be able to talk to someone. Both elevators were not working at the peak hour in the morning.
